Friendly - Clean & Well run The pillow on the bed was far to soft - extra firmer pillow would have been nice - perhaps if i had asked at reception they may have provided ?

It was a nice and clean hotel and value for money, situated in a quiet place. The only thing i didn't like about it is that it was locacted in a quiet place far from any public activity area, markets etc but if you live without it it is wonderful hotel

We liked it's close proximity to Hohenzollern Castle. Double rooms litterally mean two twin beds slapped next to each other to form a make-shift "king-size" bed. I thought it would be two seperate beds making enough room for four people. It must be like this around the European area. Plan on buying two rooms if you have a big family, or bring sleeping bags with pads (if they will allow you).

Komme schon seit vielen Jahren in das Hotel, immer freundliche Mitarbeiter, immer sauber. Das Hotel steht unter sehr guter Leitung.

Centrale Lage. Nur 10 Min. Zur Sadt Zu laut. Schnellweg fürht direkt am Hotel entlang. Kein Service, ob Bar oder Hotel, am Wochenende. Waren auf uns allein gestellt ab 18Uhr, kamen aber erst um 18.15Uhr. Dafür ist das Hotel zu teuer.

Das nett eingerichtete Hotel. Die Sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter und das sehr tolle Frühstücksbuffett. Das sehr kleine und alte Bad da könnte mal modernisiert werden, welches aber sauber war.

People are kind and friendly. The swimming pool is not in the hotel but near it (100 mt). It is not comfortable.

Das Frühstücksbuffet und die Bedienung am Morgen war gut. Die Sauna ist 500 Meter vom Haus entfernt und kostet entgegen der Ausschreibung einen Aufpreis. Haustiere kosten ebenfalls entgegen der Ausschreibung extra. Ich habe noch mit anderen Hotelgästen gesprochen, die auch unzufrieden waren. Offenbar wird hier versucht, mit Gruppenreisen noch den letzten Saft aus dem renovationsbedürftigen Haus, welches direkt an der lauten Autobahn steht, zu pressen. Es existiert kein Prozess für Beschwerden und die Angestellten haben offenbar nicht die Kompetenz, solche im Sinne der zahlenden Kundschaft zu regeln. Insgesamt sehr unbefriedigend.

Die Angestellten waren freundlich und um Problemlösungen bemüht. Es gab leider kein rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer (ich bin auf den Rollstuhl angewiesen), darüber wurde ich aber schon im Vorfeld informiert. In einem normalen Zimmer bin ich einigermaßen zurecht gekommen, allerdings sind die Betten sehr nieder.

Gutes Frühstück Freundliche Mitarbeiter Sehr laute Zimmer. Hotel liegt direkt an einer Bundesstrasse. Badlüftung lief sehr lange nach und war laut.
