Position, cost and character

The owner would not accept my credit card. Had to pay cash. Traffic noise.

The staff is not friendly at all. They don't speak English so it was very hard to communicate. We had to cancel our last two nights and leave Germany earlier and we wanted to get some refund (even not the whole amount) but they started yelling at us that we can't change anything.

there was no towel there was but didn,t know were to located one and on shampoo in shower that was hassle

Practically nothing

-it is more hostel than hotel. -no wifi in the room -very very noisy place, during day &night too! -wc&douche not in the room

Good quality rooms, clean, polite and friendly staff, good breakfast and excellent value for money

A little noisy from passing traffic, but only to be expected from an inner city hotel

Nobody at reception when I turned up admittedly late in the evening, but I had warned them. Key left on reception door. Man at treception following morning should not be in a customer facing role, everything was too much trouble for him!

This hotel is placed to close to the Mainz center and the rhiene river. Also one to close the conference hall.

When I opened the windows the sounds of cars are coming.

Very close to old town centre and convenient for Rhine cycle route

Next to main road so heavy traffic noise meaning windows could not be open long to vent hot room. Surly attitude of Manager.

i liked only its location nearby center of the city

my room was horrible. there are very old furniture, bed is not convenient. there is no air conditioner, only old and poor-working fan. Windows are closed, it was not possible to breath fresh air at all! they did not take my Visa card for payment and requested cash.

Location was close to KD Rhine cruises and river walk. Not close to the train.

Had to climb many stairs to get to room. Left our luggage in our friends room on a lower floor to not lug it up winding steps. Had to drag the suitcases up sevral flights of stairs to get to their room. No air conditioning and room very hot. Staff not very friendly. Did not eat breakfast there so no comment on that.

Good location. The pub below the hotel serves great food and beer, plus friendly staff.

No staff on hand at all (I arrived at 7pm and left at 6am). The showers need refurbishing. The pillows are awful. The room was hot and extremely noisy from outside traffic and so I hardly slept. I was desperate for a hotel room otherwise I would have avoided the place.

Location in the old city.

We arrived after hours and found our room, reserved for four, with bed linens for only 3 and no staff to resolve since it was after hours. The room was very stuffy so we opened the windows. The noise from the road below and the passers-by was exceeded only by the snoring coming through the thin wall between us and our neighbor. Stayed like a hostel/paid like a hotel.

Decent value for money. Very basic and ageing rooms. In the historic city centre. It is located on a busy street, so ask for rooms facing the courtyard if you prefer quiet.

La localisation (devant le palais des congrès, à 5 minutes à pied de pas mal de restos corects. Le rapport qualité prix (60€/nuit)

Le bruit si chambre devant la route. Le confort un peu juste (mais OK avec le prix...)

leider im Hotel gar nichts

Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Eine telefonische Anfrage bezüglich Parkmöglichkeiten wurde muffig und falsch beantwortet. Handtücher total zerfleddert und muffig riechend. Ebenso die Bettwäsche. Zum Frühstück nur abgepackte Billigware, keine Wurst und Selbstbedienung am Kaffevollautmaten.

нам предоставили только один номер вместо 2-х. а оплату взяли за 2. мы впятером ночевали в номере для четверых. а сняли с карточки 49 евро за одноместный номер. за что?

Nichts

Die Ausstattung fällt fast auseinander. Habe noch nie so zerfledderte abgenützte Handtücher gesehen. Der Bettbezug war so purös dass er ein Loch hatte. Die vorhandenen Leuchten hatte entweder keine Birne oder funktionierten nicht, im Flur standen ausgemusterte Bürostühle und ein alter Röhrenmonitor. Die im Hause unten ansässige Gastronomie (Zugang zum Hotel abends, durch ein voll besetztes Lokal) sorgte für Lärm so dass an Schlafen nicht wirklich zu denken war. Wenn die Leute die Lokale verlassen stehen sie vor dem Hotel auf der Straße und quasseln laut (die ganze Nacht) Die Bässe einer Anlage wummerten Tag und Nacht. Komplett nicht zu empfehlen. 49€ pro Nacht ohne Dusche und ohne Frühstück sind kein Schnäppchen.

Nähe Stadt und Kongresszentrum

Laut. Ausstattung schon sehr abgewohnt (Löcher im Laken, Dellen in der Tür durch Fußtritt). Zigarettengeruch (durch Personal) und Kneipengeruch im ganzen Haus.

Lage

liebloses Frühstück und trotzdem recht teuer, sehr laut in der Nacht, Einrichtung ebenfalls lieblos und heruntergekommen, Duschstrahl plödderig und nur lauwarm bzw wechselnd ohne Vorwarnung

Das Hotel besticht einzig durch seine zentrale Lage.

Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, man hat das Gefühl unter Generalverdacht zu stehen, die Rechnung prellen zu wollen. Betten sind unbequem - Federn kommen überall durch. Durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist es zudem sehr laut.

部屋によるのでしょうが壁が薄かったです。隣の部屋のテレビの音声が聞こえました。 中央駅からはそこそこ遠いです

Zentrale Lage in direkter Nähe zum Konferenzort Rheingoldhalle und zur Innenstadt. Bett in Ordnung. Andere Mitreisende hatten wohl auch besser gepflegte Zimmer.

Ungepflegte und schmutzige Polster, Teppiche, Gardinen und Tapeten. Nichts gegen einfache Ausstattung, dafür war es ein sehr günstiger Preis. Aber den Hotelmanager auf mangelnde Sauberkeit und dringenden Sanierungsbedarf angesprochen, schob er es sofort auf den Eigentümer "Prinzengarde" und seinen bevorstehenden Ruhestand. Er hätte es schon oft angesprochen. Personal rauchte im Gang, Frühstück sollte man dringend vermeiden. jeder Bäcker drumherum bietet besseres.

Lage, Aussenanblick

Chlorgeruch wie im Schwimmbad, sehr schlechte Schallisolierung gegenüber der Hauptverkehrstrasse, heruntergewirtschaftes Endachtziger Trashdesign, liebloses Personal, keine Rezeption nach 18h Fr & Sa, Frühstück beworben aber nicht verfügbar-beim Anblick der Küche zum Glück, Sicherheitshinweise und Notausgänge vergebens gesucht, für 70€ 2 Personen eine Nacht absolute Abzocke!
