I was charged more than waht was promissed in your site... 178 Euro a day 534 for 3 days althogh you promissed 429 Euro and that was not because of extra bed because I did not use it! And they did not charge for it! Please try and pay back the differance I am a regular custumer

The staff were fantastic. They were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The staff also went the extra mile to make my stay a comfortable one. I had my baby daughter with me and they always booked a taxi with a car seat for me. My brother lost his phone and they tracked down the taxi he left it in and had it returned. There were so many more little things they did to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing. I loved the place.

The staff was always very accommodating, and friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff speaks English well which is helpful for those of us who do not speak German well. The hotel is not located directly in downtown Freiburg and is an estimated mile and a half walk each way. This isn't entirely bad if you are eating a lot of the delicious German food and want to walk some of it off. We walked it every day for our 9 day stay. You can grab a city bus in front of the hotel but we opted not to.

The hotel was very clean, neat,and comfortable. Bathroom and shower was modern. I was located in the new section of the hotel. The staff were friendly. There is a restaurant and the breakfast is pretty good. All rooms were fully booked when I was there, probably because of Interbrush 2012 at Messe Freiburg, which was a 10minute walk or few minutes by taxi. The location is a little isolated. It's a 10 minute walk to downtown where all the action and restaurants are. They give you 1hr free WiFi a day but the signal is not too good in the rooms. It worked best from the lobby. To make up for this the front desk gave me 2hrs free. I didn't like the fact that there was no kettle in the room and only 2 english channels on the TV.

Zimmer wurde upgraded! Sehr sauber. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Internet muss bezahlt werden pro Tag mit 5 €,jedoch hat man nur sehr eingeschränkten Zugang, bestimmte Seiten sind gesperrt. Bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption wird man noch gefragt auf welche Seite man möchte. Wenn ich für etwas bezahle möchte ich uneingeschränkten Zugang haben und mich nicht mit über 50 Jahren rechtfertigen müssen wo und wann ich im Internet bin. Angeblich liegt es an den Anbieter des Internets das kann ja nicht sein. Da der Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sogar laut und unverschämt wurde,habe ich es natürlich bezahlt,nicht sehr Kundenfreundlich.

Die Architektur des Hotels wie auch der freundliche Empfang und die Gastfreundschaft im Allgemeinen. Anschlussmöglichkeiten zu Stadt und Schnellstrasse (Autobahn). Schlechte Schallisolierung. Trittgeräusche aus darüber- oder darunterliegende Zimmer, wie Sprachgeräusche der Putzfrauen aus Korridor.

большой номер. неплохой ресторан для обеда (но не для завтрака), меню на немецком, английском, русском. чисто и аккуратно. на ресепшн есть русскоговорящий сотрудник. бедный завтрак, платный wifi, вытяжка в ванной шумная, включалась и выключалась сама по себе.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut, wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer, die Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt gegenüber des Hotels, gute Verbindungen in die Innenstadt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels und mussten am Morgen eine gute Stunde den laufenden Motor eines Reisecars ertragen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war der Motor jedoch kaum hörbar.
