The internet The breakfast The price The location The house keeping staff is rude The reception staff failed to give us correct indications to the car park which we had to figure out at 3am! The towels in the room smelt of mould

Breakfast is excellent, loads of (payed) parkingspace. Find another place for diner, restaurant isnt great. Asked for seperate beds and extra pillows neither was taken care of on arrival.

Die zentrale Lage an der Weser und das Abendessen und die Servicekraft wahr sehr freundlich und kompetent. Der Speiseraum abends zu leer und zu ungemütlich. Wir sind spät zum Frühstück gegangen: Beim Frühstück musste zuerst unser Tisch freigeräumt werden. Das dauerte relativ lange, da wenig Personal morgens im Speiseraum. Die Krümel und Flecken vom Vorgänger blieben drauf. Rührei war nicht da, Nachschub ließ auf sich warten, beim Nachtisch fehlten Schüssel, den Joghurt habe ich aus dem Becher gegessen. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt als wir es endlich um 15 Uhr beziehen konnten, die Duschabdeckung ist sehr schimmelig oder alt (gammelig). Die Deckenlampe defekt. Kopfkissen nur spärlich, d.h. relativ klein.

- Lage zur Innenstadt - Sauna war nicht in Betrieb. Nur aus dem (Sauna) haben wir das Hotel gewählt. Haben vorab auch keine Mitteilung erhalten.

Die Lage und Sauberkeit im Haus waren gut. Einen "richtigen" Wellness- und Saunabereich gibt es nicht. Die Saunen hat jemand geplant, der irgendwie Saunen im Hotel haben wollte, damit der 4`te Stern sicher ist. Das plüschig-spießige-Sissi Ambiente ist wohl längst überholt. Das Restaurant, in dem es auch Frühstück gibt, hat uns nicht in Begeisterungsstürme ausbrechen lassen. Das Essen war maximal durchschnittlich (der Hunger hats reingetrieben). Die Restaurantpreise waren dagegen einem **** Haus angemessen. Was gar nicht ging, waren eine Ansammlung von etwa 60 cm hohen Pflanzenstämmen ohne Blätter im Restaurant. Das Personal darauf angesprochen entgegnete, dass sich schon mehrere Gäste darüber Beschwert hätten, doch die Geschäftsleitung nichts unternimmt.... Qualität, Motivation und Kundenorientierung geht anders.

Einfache Parkmöglichkeit im öffentlichen Parkhaus und einfache Handhabung des Parktickets. Nähe zum Ortszentrum. sehr ungeschicktes Personal beim Frühstück

Gute Lage an der Weser, nahe dem Stadthaus und der Altstadt. Interessantes Gebäudekomples mit Potential und Charm. Verhältnismäßig große Zimmer. Keine Terrasse auf dem Zimmer, hier waren die Daten von Booking.com falsch! Terasse vor dem Hotel wenig frequentiert (zumindest als ich da war) - lieblos! Fehlende wirksame Abdunkelung im Zimmer. Durchgelegene Matratze. Hellhörige Zimmer (u.a. laute Wasserleitungen). In die Jahre gekommenes Interieur, besonderes die Sanitären Einrichtungen und der Eingangsbereich mit der Bar. Frühstückstische mit Krümeln und Flecken übersäht! Kein 4 Sterne Niveau!

- Pretty location at the riverbanks of the Weser - Clean, large 2p-rooms - Breakfast and dinner cart - Temperature in my room was very high, even at night, which was not really comfortable. My watch said 23C at night. It can not be altered by the guests as far as I know. - There is no real bar to drink something at night. - Prices in the hotel restaurant are much higher than restaurant nearby

Die exzellente Lage, der freundliche und kompetente Empfang bei Ankunft, der vergleichsweise preisgünstige Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz und der bequeme Weg von dort zum gebuchten Zimmer. Missfallen haben mir die unengagiert bis offen genervten Service-Leute rund ums Frühstücksbüfett. Tische wurden nur zögerlich und erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung für nächste Gäste eingedeckt, vertrocknetes Rest-Rührei zierte ab 9 Uhr für 20 Minuten das Büfett, und manche leere Saftflasche wurde auch erst nach einer halben Stunde durch eine gefüllte ersetzt. Eingedeckte Tische blieben unvollständig: Salz- und Pfefferstreuer waren das Privileg weniger Tische... etc. pp. Nicht das, was man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwartet!
