The beds were not the most comfortable, and the facilities left a little to be desired. These were not huge issues though, as we spent 90% of the time outside of the hotel.
The bigger issue was some of the staff, specifically the desk staff. Not the most friendly or welcoming or helpful, and not what I would have expected for the price paid. There were some members who were extremely helpful, but overall they just did not make you feel welcome.
The location was amazing, almost center city, close to shopping, restaurants and parks/city greens for the kids to play or for walking and hiking.
The room we stayed in was huge, which was good for a family of four looking for space to relax at the end of a long day sightseeing and shopping.
We skipped breakfast in the hotel, and found a very nice local cafe/bakery about four doors up the street. Good homemade sandwiches, waffles... etc
