Very quiet location. Friendly host. Quick access to city centre on u2 line. Nice respectable area. Brand-new tv and radio/MP3. Good strong wi-fi. Comfortable and nice interior design.

Apartment needed extra cleaning on arrival – we had to clean wc and shower room. Door to balcony didn't lock properly which was a security risk. Previous guest had left an extra key in the letterbox which was also a security risk! - didn't spot this until our last day.

Closeness to our niece's residence. A good place to relax in between our activites. Quiet apartment.

Nothing really

Great value, clean, simply-furnished and reasonably spacious ground floor apartment. With a little rearrangment of the furniture, the main room was large enough for us to divide into separate living and sleeping areas. This room has lots of natural light as one wall is almost entirely made up of windows. There is a secure private veranda looking out to the street. A hallway connected the main living space to a separate kitchen and wc with shower. The small kitchen had an electric combi oven with hotplate, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc and a small table with a couple of seats as well as plenty of cuttlery, crockery and everything you need to do the washing up. The wc was also compact but clean and the shower provided plenty of hot water. Towels and toilet rolls were provided by the owner. There was an abundance of spare bedding, pillows, extra blankets stashed around the apartment and generally there were a lot of nice little touches to make us feel at home (E.G. sewing kit!). There is a nice cafe next door (although it was closed on Saturday and Sunday during our stay). There are a couple of supermarkets only a couple of minutes walking distance from the apartment - as is the nearest u-bahn station. We were met at the apartment by Roman, who was friendly and charming. He had provided a travel cot for our 20 month old son, which was perfect for our requirements. As the days passed, we grew very fond of this cosy little apartment and we were genuinely sad when we closed the door for the last time on our way back to the airport.

Maybe we would have found life a little bit easier if we had had a high chair for feeding our baby and perhaps a baby bath (the apartment only has a shower). We improvidsed and managed to use the shower tray as a baby bath. Roman seemed like such a nice fellow though, I'm sure if we had asked for anything he would have done his best to help.

1. Friendly and helpful owner. 2. Very nice and quiet location with wealthy and respectful people unlike lots of noisy and unpleasant boroughs in Berlin. 3. Space and cosiness.

1. Since the apartment I stayed in is on the ground level, the floors are quite cold. That's why I recommend people very sensitive to cold (like myself) and families with small children to ask the owner to provide a different flat. 2. The apartment I stayed in was very dark because of its location on the ground floor and numerous bushes and trees that obtrude sunlight. The lighting was also quite dim. 3. For those who stay for a long time it might be important to know that the flat does not feature washing machine and DVD player although both are mentioned in the description.

We spent here 4 nights, Roman the owner met us and was very lovely. Fully equipped apartment, in Bayernallee 3. 5 minutes walk to the nearest U-Bahn, 10 to S-Bahn.

The shower is VERY small, not so close to the city center.

Brilliant location close to centre of city, & very quiet - we lived as locals, but within easy reach of restaurants, transport & sightseeing. Apartment had everything we needed, including internet. Much better alternative to using a hotel. Small but functional kitchen; washing machine a bonus for those travelling for a long time Owner Roman very helpful & informative of what was in local area. We would definitely stay here again

no clothes dryer, only an airer that had to be used in the lounge room - this might have been more of an issue in winter.

We liked everything about this apartment. Great location ( 5 minutes walk to Theodor Heuss Platz),lovely area, lots of shops and restaurants around. Everything was clean, bed very comfortable, wifi working.Use of a washing machine was a big plus. Thank you

Аппартаменты расположены в красивом старом доме исторического центра города, в непосредственной близости находится главная торговая улица Берлина. Хозяин аппартаментов очень радушно нас встретил, показал квартиру, помог с парковкой нашего авто( в Берлине с этим большие проблемы), рассказал, какие магазины и достопримечательности стоит посетить.зины и достопримечательности стоит посетить.

Трудности с парковкой

- Неплохое расположение, 30 минут до Александрплатз на метро - Бесплатная парковка - Много заведений и магазинов вокруг - До метро 5 минут пешком - The location is not bad. About 30 minutes to Alexanderplatz by U-Bahn - Free parking - Many cafes and shops around - 5 minutes walk to U-Bahn station

Мы останавливались в квартире по адресу Bayernallee 3. Это обыкновенная однокомнатная квартира в старом неуклюжем доме, внешне напоминающем хрущевку. На первом этаже. Плохая планировка, маленькая кухня, очень маленькая ванная комната с душевой кабиной. Ремонт здесь делался давно. Местами отодран плинтус, местами стены в каких-то пятнах. Мебель старая, совсем неуютная. Диван грязный, в пыли и пятнах. У кровати продавленный матрас, ощущение, что лежишь в гамаке, начинает болеть спина. Плетеная тумбочка рядом с кроватью вся забита комочками пыли. В квартире живут непостоянно, поэтому отопление выключено. К нашему приезду в конце декабря в квартире было достаточно холодно, пол холодный, хозяину следовало включить к нашему приезду отопление, чтоб прогреть квартиру, но он этого не сделал. Оценка "Очень хорошо, 8.5" выдана незаслуженно, здесь удовлетворительно. Жили в других отелях Берлина, есть с чем сравнивать. Это место подходит индивидуальному путешественнику-палаточнику на одну ночь, всем остальным - обходите стороной. We stayed in the apartment at Bayernallee 3. This is a common one-room apartment in the old clunky house. On the first floor. Poor planning, a small kitchen, very small bathroom with shower. Renovation need here. Somewhere plinth fell off, somewhere spots on walls. The furniture is old, very uncomfortable. Sofa is dirty dusty and stained. Mattress on the bed is sagged. Feels like you're lying in a hammock, the back starts to hurt. Wicker nightstand next to the bed all clogged by clumps of dust. When we arrived in late December the heating was turned off. The apartment was quite cold, the floor is cold. The owner should turn the heating on to our arrival to heat the apartment, but he did not. In my opinion rating of "Very good, 8.5" unfairly to this apartments. Better here is 6-7, only for good location. We lived in other hotels in Berlin, have something to compare.

нас встретил доброжелательный собственник квартиры. в квартире было не только все необходимое, но и некоторые приятные мелочи : свечи, подушки на диване и в кресле. все лаконично, но как для себя. вся техника и оборудование работают безотказно. прекрасный район. удобное транспортное сообщение. с удовольствием остановлюсь еще раз и рекомендую всем.

Appartment Wieland: Sehr gute Lage zentral in Charlottenburg, dafür sehr ruhig (weil im Gartenhaus). Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sauber und nett - fast wie Zuhause.

Нам понравилось все-расположение,близость к метро, наличие магазинов и хороших недорогих ресторанов поблизости.спасибо хозяину Роману за прекрасный отдых.

el departamento es muy comodo y bien equipado

el barrio era muy lindo pero quizas un poquito alejado de las principales atracciones, igualmente hay una estación de subte a 3 cuadras y en 15 minutos estás en la puerta de Bradenburgo

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage Messe zu Fuß erreichbar Kostenlose Parkplätze vorm Haus U-Bahn in der Nähe Geräumiges Zimmer Nett eingerichtet, gemütlich kostenloses W-Lan

Dusche: sehr Eng, durch Vorhangstange am Fenster nochmal ca 25% abgeschnitten + Heizkörper in der Dusche ! Man kann sich also gleich in den Duschvorhang einwickeln oder offen lassen und ganzes Bad nassspritzen. Temperatur schwankt stark durch Durchlauferhitzer: Mischbatterie mit Thermostat überfällig. Kücheinrichtung etwas angejahrt: Kleiner Grillofen mit funktionierender Schaltuhr kosten nur € 40,- ! Fernseher sehr klein, wurde aber nicht benutzt

Studio un peu sombre (appartement en rez de chaussée), petite cuisine.

Bra beliggenhet et lite stykke I utkanten, men med U-bahn og utallige busser I et par hundre meters omkrets er dette et perfekt sted for de som skal utforske Berlin. Veldig grei husvert og veldig rolig boligområde. Leiligheten I Bayernalle befinner seg like over gateplan og har balkong. Den er likevel litt skjermet fordi balkongen ligger I en hage.

Check In ohne Probleme. Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hat uns den Weg zur U-Bahn, welche nur ca. 400m entfernt war erklärt. Apartment war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Balkon groß genug, wir konnten bequem mit 3 Personen dort frühstücken und abends den Tag ausklingen lassen. Bäcker, Lebensmittelläden und Apotheken in der Nähe.
