The day staff was very courtious and helpful. My phone did not work the first few days of my stay and the internet signal was poor in my room. The day staff did all that they could to accomodate me and eventually put me in another room. |

close to the heart of the city, with friendly staff,and good breakfast choices. There were three adults in the room,the third bed is not really suitable for an adult. |

Not far from main train station.A Bit confused to find the way from main train station to hotel. It was mentioned that the payment can be paid by credit card but when I asked why credit card will be accepted but the answer was cash payment.lucky me that it was not big amount of money if not I didn't have money to spend for other spending. |

Friendly staff always ready to help. Good breakfast offer, clean room. 15 minutes walk from the Dom, 20 minutes from the center of the city with variety of the restaurants and shops. Broken water tap, problems with parking of the car (near the hotel only for a pay with a small number of parking places). |

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was okay,,,new bathroom, which was clean and well maintained. The carpet was a little tired. Breakfast was average but okay. |

Close to the main attractions Closet size single room. Bathroom not clean. If you order a taxi for the next mornning at the reception desk- normally they forget to call it. |

This hotel is ideal for a short break in Cologne for those people who will not be spending much time in the bedroom. Ideally situated for the main tourist sites and the railway station. Albeit, could be noisy in summer with an open window due to close proximity of the road. No problem in witer or autumn with traffic noise and window closed. |

Very close tot the trainstation. Walking distance. A television bill of 11 Euro was charged without a warning. So stay off the television. |

The staff were fantastic. The location could not be better. Good shower. Good breakfast. This hotel has exactly what's needed for a city break. |

good location!!! the walls are very thin and everything can be heard from neighbouring rooms, The pay tv thing is weird as the pay tv chanels are scaterred and not programed on the listed channels which is confusing if you want to avoid the channels. |

10mins walk to Koln Hbf, free wifi, 24hours bar, i stayed in single bed room on 1st floor - room size suitable for single person but bathroom is much bigger (and modern) than expected, room came 32inch LCD TV Nothing that I did not like about Star am Dom. |

Breakfast was exceptional with a great range of foods and coffee/tea very plentiful. Rooms with ensuite although on the small side were acceptable for a three night stay.The hotel was close to the city centre and walkable from the railway station. Possibly the bar/television room which was very dark at all times. |

Staff is nice , close to the center, brekfast was satisfactory Strett is very noisy, so window should be kept close, no air condition , may be very uncomfortamle in summer, not suitable for families with children because of the adult content of a tv chanell |
