Good location, friendly staff, good breakfasts

Stay clashed with staff party, hotel noisy that night, requested to pay half in cash to reduce credit card administration charge

Decent breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff. Location was useful for altstadt and dom.

The road outside is very noisy and is busy all day and night. The room had a very nice large flat screen tv (only one english language channel) but no tea/coffee making facilities or iron. Personally I would prefer these to a tv.

Very clean hotel, within walking distance from the center, ideal hotel for people that just want a good, clean hotel.

The facilities were rather small, but this did not really bother us. There was no room in the breakfast corner for all guests, some had to wait and the lady was not friendly at all

Smell of drainage in our room sometimes.

Excellent location and very helpfull and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is good and give has enough variety to choose, however the coffee could of be a bit better.

The bed is not comfortable, mattress is too old.

The staff were lovely, the breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and tidy and warm and we had a brand new bathroom. Would definitely stay here again if back in Cologne - we were very happy with the hotel.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room however staff were happy to bring these items to you

Excellent bathroom, esp. shower; very good breakfast (very good light music Tues & Thur morning, not so good pop music Wed & Fri morning). It was great to have Wifi internet though it was often difficult to get connected.

Could have used more mains sockets.
