We arrived by car, and the free parking was much appreciated. Everything at this hotel is modern, clean, new, and in good working order. If you want lots of frills/extras, then stay somewhere else but expect to pay more (lots more!). It is easy to get from this hotel to anywhere in Munich using the bus/subway system. We liked the excellent air conditioning, and there is free internet in the lobby. |

Although the booking was done well in advance and we received the confirmation for a non-smoking room, the staff offered us a smoking romm and were unable to change it. We arrived aroung 21:00 and were unable to find another hotel. Our son has astma and he suffered the whole hight. The hotel stuff was not cooperative. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. |

The family suite was great for our family of 5. Location--a little far from the Zentrum, hhowever we also had free parking. May not be the best for someone without a vehicle. |
