Spacious room. Quite a lot of choice for breakfast.

Internet is paid separately. This is getting some kind of old fashioned and should be included in the price. With T-Mobile getting an internet ticket is beside quite expensive (and you cannot use your laptop and I- phone at the same time). There were construction works going on about 100m from the hotel and due to that it woke me up at 7 in the morning. Only one restaurant at 500m walking. Nothing else.

Welcoming and accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and accommodation are functional, clean and well maintained if not luxurious. Would recommend as a place to stay although dependency on public transport may find you wanting on busy weekends where you can't find a taxi & the trams have stopped. Its a bit of a trek from the city centre.

Modern, easy going. Close to M.O.C. Good rooms without noice from street or neighbours.

I miss a minibar at the room and a dinner restaurant.

Clean modern hotel with spacious room. Conveniently located to the Domagstrasse tram station. Free use on internet in foyer for 20 minutes was useful. Front desk staff were very helpful to explain train tickets etc. Nice bowl of apples in foyer

The room was incredibly hot as it faced south east and the aircon was insufficient to cool the room. Breakfast ok but not really worth Euro 11 per person as only a cold buffet and no cooked food. No restaurants etc in close proximity to hotel. Some construction work across the road but not noisy just a bit of an eyesore

I liked the location. It is quiet, feels safe, the train station is 2 minutes walking. Parking available on site, it is easier to park and travel by train. Breakfast was good for the price we paid. The coffee and the fresh baked bread was awesome. The room was very spacy, we enjoyed the nice feather blankets. The bathroom was clean, shower was comfortable. Very friendly staff, we are planning to go back there on our next trip to Munich.

The only thing I recommend to traveler is to bring a full hygiene kit, the room only offers liquid soap, tissue and tp. I carry one with me for my family every time we travel anyways so it wasn't a problem. There is not coffee in the room for those that like their first cup of coffee first thing in the morning like us. But there is coffee served downstairs.

Beds were hard. Breakfast, though tasty, was pricey.

Ben was outstanding and gave us plenty of good information about the city and where to find things and how to get around. Thank you very much.

It is far from city center, so It is not suitable for car less customer.

Staff disinterested and on occassion unfriendly despite my efforts to speak German.

Very good and friendly service at reception.Clean rooms. New furniture. Beds are good to sleep on. Large shower cabin. Decent breakfast for 11 Euro, inclusive cold sparkling wine (Sekt).

No WiFi included, though somewhat compensated by free laptop access at the reception. TV screen of poor quality.
