A very badly experience at the reception and in the breakfast room. At the reception we ask for the bus/metro and the young woman gave us a wrong answer (we speak germany mothertongue!!!).she didn't gave us a city- map (sold out?) but she has one for new client. For breakfast nothing was ready. There were no more orange, juice, warm milk, bread, water, cups, fork, dishes A.S.O. we ask for services and a woman answer us: do not move nothing! We serve you ! (with a tone voice nervous and angry. Then we saw the woman at the reception in the brakfast room cleaning tables and giving help to the other services women. Sorry but who stay at the reception or at the concierge shall do only that service, or at least, to change her clothes. Unsatisfact. |

Welcoming staff, a very clean and modern hotel, well equipped spacious rooms (my single room had a double bed, great!!), very conveniently located near to highway Nr 9, good for parking, not far away from the underground lines U2 and U6 (the bus Nr 50 takes you there-1 stop). Don´t miss their well assorted help-yourself buffet breakfast. As the hotel is located in the industrial area, it gets a bit noisy (due to traffic) from ca 7 AM. If you are on a business trip, there is no trouble, but if you wanted to sleep longer, it would bother you. |

The breakfast- and how quickly they ordered taxis It was just so far outside Munich city centre and a taxi to the centre cost 17 EUROS and there were no local shops nearby or public transportr. The 'middle of nowhere' sums it up |

The rooms were nice, the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the bar as well as buffet-style breakfast. The closest subway stop is a bit far. |

The room was adequate and clean. It was easy to get in and out of the Muchen. The setting of the hotel was an industrial park, so it was not too attractive, however it worked. |

Close to some restaurants. In a quiet area, so no noise levels, especially at night. Aircons in the room - not common in a lot of european hotels. Bed was a little hard, which made our sleep a little uncomfortable. |

I enjoy this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The women in the front desk were very helpful and courteous. The hotel had no english channels but that's okay I still give them excellent rating. |

Very good quality over price value. The hotel has good two room family suites with rich breakfast. Clean and has daily room service. Free parking offers excellent B&B for car travellers. |

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and very god value for money. The only compliant was that on checking out, when I asked for the invoice, the reception clerk started to print the invoice and left her post and never returned. Then another clerk noticed, just grabbed the invoice and left it on the desk for me to pick it up. Pity that due to such personal attitude of the front liners the hotel got get a bad reputation. |

Hotel is very accessible with plenty of free parking. Slightly on the pricy side. One PC in lobby with free internet access, but wifi throughout the Hotel is T-Mobile (not operated by the Hotel) and is expensive if you're only staying short term. |
