Free parking (space in their garage for free), the balcony, kitchen equipment, and cleaning, and washer and dryer room are a good things in it. Internet reception was so poor in the apartment and there is no help in carrying bags so if you have several bags it will be difficult for you carrying them. |

To feel like at home. 1. There is no wi fi in the rooms. 2. The hotel is located a little bit too far away from city center, you have to take bus then metro to reacht it. |

The location is right for visiting center of the Munich and also the neighborhood. It is the good choice for families and they have parking places in a garage. The apartment we had was facing the noisy streets and the traffic woke us earlier than we wanted. |

We had a late arrival, which was arranged nicely with the staff. However, it is unclear how to open the door to the parking garage as our room key did not work. Luckily, there was enough room on the street to park. Breakfast was modest. Stove top and microwave only, no oven. The doors to the rooms would resonate against the door frame when other guests would open the door to their room. The window was open and the heat was off, the room really never warmed up during our night there. |

free internet access, cheap parking, relatively close to city center; it was suited for my 2 nights stay in Munich on the hallways there was a smell like in a hospital; the room was geting the smell of food cooked by the neighbours - should be better ventilated or isolated. |

A safe, easy to access hotel. Staff did their best to communicate (most have excellent English) and help (gave us good directions, eager to assist etc). Free mini chuppa chupps!! Large family room. Our room was right next to the stairwell and so we could hear people walking up and down the stairs. There was no kettle, just a coffee machine (which is no good for tea drinkers) and no toaster which is strange seeing as it has cooking utensils etc. This shouldn't put yo off staying there, though. |

Comfortable, large clean rooms and free internet access. Being able to prepare food in the rooms was valuable as well. Narrow bathtub. |

Size of apt.was great, free internet access was extremely useful during travel. During a personal vacation one does not bring along a laptop so having free access to internet enables to further plan the traveling, check on e-mails and get news from home. It is important to request a room on the side of the graden when booking as the street is busy and can be noisy. Location was a bit difficult. |
