large clean rooms window that can open tea &coffee facility in room very good lounge dining area staff very obliging booking in did take a long time as only two staff at the time with a busload of people and also aircrew |

I was offered a very small room meant for handicaps with a small single bed far smaller than a queen size bed. It was a horrifying experience to sleep in such conditions. |

Location was very convenient and the shuttle service was prompt.The downstairs reception area was big and well appointed. We had 5 children and the price level in the restaurants we found to be too high, 18 euro for a pizza is difficult to justify in a bar/ bistro type setting, as it was an airport location we had no alternative but to eat in their restaurant. We had booked two rooms, when we arrived there was a stench of smoke in one of the rooms, when we reported this to reception they moved us, however the rooms we now were at different ends of the hotel. A fine hotel for single/couple for a single night stop over, most definitely not for families. |

Very good location if you are flying out or into the airport. Free transportation to the airport. Quiet rooms. Although a very good hotel the price is too high. |

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle.The hotel was first class, clean and beautifully appointed. The cost of the room was an excellent value, also. |

The location and access to the hotel is very good for the overnight traffic it generates. Dining is good and the health club spa although not large is certainly adequate. |

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We appreciated the free, less-than-five-minute shuttle bus ride to the two Frankfurt Airport terminals. |

The main attraction is it's convenience to the airport. It's shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes is outstanding. |

Easy to find, efficient and friendly service staff, convenient to the airport, comfortable bed and quite, clean room. Internet access was a bit pricey. More and more this amenity is a standard no-cost service at hotels of this type around the world. |

Nice facilities for seminars and congresses, nice food. Room service was outstanding. Positive was the fact that i could move to the airport and back with shuttle bus (no fee). Drawback was the smell coming from the toilette, i found out that the WC was for disabled people, and i should pay for the internet access. |
