Steigenberger Airport Hotel Frankfurt  

Location is very close to Frankfort airport, and shuttle bus are very good ,

No luggage service, no welcome drink, slow to chk out,

The hotel is nice and have all needs check in was less then one minute.I Stayed for one nightas I was in transit to Miami and the room wasperfectly clean , coffee and tea in room and a wonderfull pool .The hotel have its own airport transfer bus every 20 min.24hrs,other hotel like Park inn by Radisson want to pay for the return to airport and its more expensive then the Steigenberger.I Definitly recomand this hotel for shure.

Fantastic hotel, as a returnee I was upgraded to the executive tower, which has cool retro style rooms. They really have paid attention to detail and given the proximity to the airport and the sheer luxury of it this is an execellent bargain.

I totally enjoyed the hotel as far as the room and the hospitality from the employees. The room was awesome. I did not like the fact that the ice machine was not present and they had to give you a cup and that was 5euros. They also didn't have an iron in the room. Coming from states this is what we expect but I also know that I am international and things are different. Thanks for everything!

Very pleasant room and close to both the airport and Frankfurt.

When I ask for a 'quiet room', in future please do not put me adjacent to a room that you know is occupied by members of crew of some Asian airline. Those people have different standards of noise and, after endless jetlagged days of flying, tend to like to party into the night. Keep in mind Europeans may not appreciate this. I had to contact reception 3 times before they shut up.

New slick modern rooms with nice decor and loved the Nespresso!

Day before leaving forgot to make up the room and door room had no security lock so that same day cleaning staff opened it a t 7 am!!

The proximity to the airport

Location is very convenient.

Price is too expensive for what had offered. The room is very basic even without shower cap.

28 euros for breakfast is outrageous

It's always my last stop in Germany. It gives me a transition to my return home

The clerk was rude, very unusual they are always very accommodating. I was paying for both rooms on my c card. She said I had to fill out forms to do so. I had been traveling in Germany all week in two other hotels and this was not the case. It annoyed me.

I got a renewed room on the first floor. It was very comfortable from all points of view: Wonderfull bed ( I have lower back spine problems.) Spacious room, many lights, beautiful desk , big Led tv ( most of the channels in German ) Very useful Espresso machine, modern Bathroom with all the necessary facilities. Very good shuttle transportation to and forth the airport, I used it every day. From the city - Exhibition ground to the hotel - 20 minutes by taxi ,about 25 Euro. Big and nice Lobby, very tasty food.

There is nothing to do in the area apart from being inside the Hotel. Tv channels are boaring for those who do not speak German.

The personnel attention and the fast track in reception. The room assigned in the vp section was nice, even though the over charge for early check in was kind of high (110 Euros over the already payment done for the room). Nice hotel !
