Easy to find, efficient and friendly service staff, convenient to the airport, comfortable bed and quite, clean room. Internet access was a bit pricey. More and more this amenity is a standard no-cost service at hotels of this type around the world. |

Nice facilities for seminars and congresses, nice food. Room service was outstanding. Positive was the fact that i could move to the airport and back with shuttle bus (no fee). Drawback was the smell coming from the toilette, i found out that the WC was for disabled people, and i should pay for the internet access. |

The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport, the shuttle service was very good. The room was beautifully furnished and quite comfortable. Missing was a reasonably priced cafe/restaurant within the hotel where one could get a small meal. |

We have stayed several times at the S'berger and it's everything we want for our travel to or thrpugh F'furt. Making the reservation by the internet was easy; access to and from the airport and into the city was easy; the entrance is attractive; checkin was quick; service was always friendly; breakfast and dinner were excellent and the room was attractive and comfortable. A pleasant experience. |

convenience to airport, cleanliness. service was slow (waitress did not return to take lunch order, so i forgot about it). Phone from room to reception was not answered several times so i had to go down to reception myself. When i mentioned this to the reception manager he just looked at me and shrugged with no apology.Room was too small and spartan for price charged. |

The staff was very professional, hotel was close to the airport, airport shuttle every 15 minutes. Very good (but expensive) restaurants were in the building or nearby. I rented two rooms: one for my wife and I, and one for our son and his wife. The shower drain in the second room did not work properly and flooded the carpet in the room. When contacted about this, the staff supplied towels to dry the floor and an apology. They didn't offer to move my son and his wife to a dry room or offer any discount for the inconvenience. To be fair, this occurred during an early morning shower (0400) prior to leaving for the airport. Fortunately, since we had a second room, our son came to our room at 4:15 to take his shower. |

The location of the hotel gives you a peaceful mind that eliminates the anxiety worrying about missed flights and the nearby woods is both mental & physical therapy for a person. There should be also a shuttle service to the town |

The location was convenient to the airport and train station which were important for our short business trip. Rather than the split beds, I prefer one queen or king size bed. |

The hotel was nice and clean, the room was neat, too. Close to the airport, very convenient. Nothing interesting really around the hotel, all business buildings and offices. All you would need must be from the hotel. Breakfast was too expensive at 28 Eur per person... There should have toiletries in the room (soap, sewing kit, tooth brush, etc.) for a 5* hotel but there weren't any... |

The hotel was elegant, clean and quiet. The room was very nice and spacious. the bed was very comfortable. there was a nice view from all windows. this is an airport hotel. Check in time is 3p.m. but my flight arrived at 10a.m. in order to get a room earlier they charged me and extra 30 Euros. I would expect an airport hotel to be more flexible with check in/check out times. |

Hotel is nothing special. It is just a hotel. Room was not cleaned well. Food under the bed. The mini bar was locked so at 3Am when I awoke from jet lag and needed a drink there was no option for refreshment. Pay internet price guide explains there is a way to log out when not using the internet so you don't use up all your time but despite following instructions a way to log out could not be found. |
