The hotel is well located for the business traveler flying in and out of fra. The on-line reservation system worked well. The lobby bar/bistro and breakfast are excellent, although the bistro could use a few more healthy entrees. I think the gym could use another cross-training machine. Not that many people use treadmills. |

the bed and the cleanness of the hotel was great. I did not like the fact, that I had to carry my bags to my hotel room, due to the shortage of staff. |

Other than the location in terms of airport access there was very little indeed that I liked about my stay here. Whilst this hotel has the appearance of rather plush accommodations and I'm confident there are rooms that could be described as such my experience here was anything but plush or comfortable. The room I booked was described as a single superior room - what I got was a 9th Floor single occupancy room measuring around 12ft x 12ft directly opposite the staff lift which was noisy - it could not at all be described as superior. I ordered a meal via room service and almost an hour later my meal arrived cold and clearly thrown together! To make matters worse I had a rather heated discussion the following morning when the receptionist tried to charge 28 euros for a breakfast I hadn't had. |

The hotel was good, The hotel shuttle driver would NOT take us to terminal 2. Pretty stupid service for a 5 star hotel if you ask me. The hotel was good, everything was going perfect until we get to the airport in the hotel shuttle. The shuttle driver would not take us to terminal 2. According to the driver he only picks up and drops off in terminal 1. Pretty crapy service for a 5 star hotel if you ask me. |

The room was clean My flight was early and breakfast was included on my bill. I was unable to eat because I need to leave for the airport at 05:00. They would not take the breakfast off my bill. |

This is a very convenient hotel for people who have a morning flight out of FRA. The rooms are very comfortable. I didn't take advantage of the fitness & spa facilities, but they looked great. |

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We checked in early and somehow got a free surprise upgrade to a suite in the executive tower! The shuttle to the airport leaves every 15 minutes on the hour, and I had to check in at 6AM. A drive to the city doesn't take too long. I was quite satisfied. |

I was upgraded to a suite in the Executive Tower, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were well appointed and had everything you could want except a conveniently located plug for my laptop -- nothing in reach of the desk in the sitting room area! Although I had requested a no smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes. Also, as above, no plug conveniently located for working on a laptop at the desk. |

Staff very polite and making an effort.Great breakfast with excellent service. Good lobby-bar area. Good location for stays between flights. Enjoyed the restaurant Faces immensely Very mediocre and small room for so-called superior room, only one pillow, no extra pillow or blanket in closet. Very old carpeting. Uncomfortable and hard bed. Heat didn't work (but they brought a heater- almost 2 hours later!) Door Key card didn't work- they often had problems with that - I was told... Wake up call button didn't work...Hotel getting old... |

Its location very close to Frankfurt Airport is great. Shuttle buses work nicely and are free. Check in was fast in spite of the huge line. Continental breakfast was excellent and worth the money charged: don`t need to go for the buffet breakfast. During check-in I received an unexpected bedroom upgrade, so that my bedroom was in the Executive Tower. I am very demanding in terms of cleanliness, but my room deserved an A++ !!!!! Very confortable and extremely clean...!!!! Most members of the staff were very efficient and friendly. The only thing I did not like was a female receptionist who made my check-in: although smiling, she was not attentive to any possible questions that I probably had at that point and kind of rushed me to my room. At first I thought that it was because of the long line at the check-in. However, about two hours later, I went there to inform myself about wi-fi internet and the same young lady was there: again, she was very rushy, rude in a certain way, not considerate, not attentive at all. I don`t remember her name: it`s a turkish name (I think) and she has short, slightly wavy, dark hair. |

Was full of aircraft crew mrmbers. Rooms are quite small. Parking took 18 euro. Machine tooks only coins. Barely managed to get out of parking. |

The best part was the shuttle service to and fro Airport every 15 minutes & a friendly reception staff and not to forget the staff at 5 cintinent restaurent. They all were very courtious. Thanks to every one. Yes, for every small thing they wanted to charge. Once I asked a small basket of Ice in my room. We were told that if hotel staff brings to my room it will be charged euro 3.50 but if I go and collect it myself from Lobby rest. It will be free of cost. I could not understand their logic but I feel that for Hotel Guest they should provide such small service fre of cost with a smile. I have never seen this kind of approcah anywhere in the world in my last 20 years of traveling experience. It is not a compalint but a suggestion only. |
