Apropierea de aeroport. Serviciul de minibar si roomservice trebuie pus la punct. Nu se poate cand ajugi seara tarziu sa gasesti minibarul inchis cu lacat fara a fi anuntat de la receptie; apoi sa intampini greutati pana cand primesti comanda de la roomservice. |

Just overnight-stay but a very clean hotel, big rooms very nicely designed and very professional staff. Very small thing: The Design-coffee mashine in the room didn't work.... but at least they had one in the room! |

I was offered a very small room meant for handicaps with a small single bed far smaller than a queen size bed. It was a horrifying experience to sleep in such conditions. |

Location was very convenient and the shuttle service was prompt.The downstairs reception area was big and well appointed. We had 5 children and the price level in the restaurants we found to be too high, 18 euro for a pizza is difficult to justify in a bar/ bistro type setting, as it was an airport location we had no alternative but to eat in their restaurant. We had booked two rooms, when we arrived there was a stench of smoke in one of the rooms, when we reported this to reception they moved us, however the rooms we now were at different ends of the hotel. A fine hotel for single/couple for a single night stop over, most definitely not for families. |

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle.The hotel was first class, clean and beautifully appointed. The cost of the room was an excellent value, also. |

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We appreciated the free, less-than-five-minute shuttle bus ride to the two Frankfurt Airport terminals. |
