comfortable Reciept was not slipped under the door to assist in quick business departure. Have to ask to have receipt emailed to me because i did not have time to wait in line to get reciept the next day. Am used to other system.

The room (executive) was very nice. The wellness (pool, sauna, steam room, fitness, ...) was excellent. The food, both breakfast and dinner, were really good as well. The hotel shuttle service to the airport is free, fast and frequent. Going to the city by train from there takes you 15 minutes and isn't too expensive. If you're visiting Frankfurt city in the weekend and don't mind the short travel, this hotel is hard to beat in both quality and price. One small remark to the room; the windows were fixed and could not be opened. That's all, really! The location might not be the best for visiting Frankfurt city, but it is certainly satisfying (see positive remarks).

Good location purely for airport services requested a queen size bed, got completely separate single beds pushed together,with gap bewteen. had to ask the staff to get a queen size sheet in order to get the beds to stay together.

Friendly Staff Although the Airport Bus is good it would be better if they stopped near a cart corral as it is difficult to try to get a cart while juggling your bags.

Location, location, location!! Only 4 minutes from the Frankfurt Airport with a shuttle that runs continuously. We had reserved a standard room but got a wonderful surprise when we were upgraded (free!) to a much larger room in the executive tower. Though the hotel is in the direct flight path of some planes at Frankfurt Airport, our room was extremely quiet and comfortable. Great place to stay! Nothing to complain about!

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient .The room was very clean, and what I expected for a four-star hotel in Europe. It was surprisingly quiet, for a hotel so close to the airport. There was a free shuttle to the airport, and a convenience store within walking distance from the hotel. The restaurants looked nice, although I did not eat there, and there was free coffee and tea in the room. No free internet, no free internet, no free internet. Please, in the 21st century, this should be a given. Internet is free at freakin' Starbucks and stores at the mall! And the charge for the internet was outrageous! 19 Euro for 24 hours. I will never stay at a hotel again that does not have free internet.

Close proximity to Frankfurt Flughafen. Ease of transportation between the airport and the hotel. Soundproofing--despite the proximity to the airport, I heard no airplane noises. Excellent restaurants. Internet access was an extra charge. That's outdated practice. Most other hotels and the Frankfurt provide free access for travelers. Other than that, there was nothing really to complain about.

The frequent shuttle service and proximity to the airport made it a perfect place for us in between flights. The chicken soup was excellent for my uncle who was ill during our trip.

Best airport hotel, useful but difficult airport, makes travel much easier to have the Steigenberger in my life. The Steigenberger sisters eliminate things I don't like.

Convenience to FRA. Continuous shuttle bus makes the short trip easy. Very efficient hotel staff. The buffet breakfast is outstanding, but very pricey.
