Very nice hotel with great staff. Right in the heart of Bad Reichenhall/main street. Breakfast buffet was nice. |

The communal areas were lovely such as the bar and restaurants. The view from the swimming pool was amazing! The rooms were not quite up to UK standards,so didn't feel quite as luxurious a I'd hoped. Staff were not the friendliest in the world. |

The possition of the hotel is very good. The hotel´s service hasn´t quality like 5-star, but only 3-star. Reception was´t kind. There wasn´t bath cosmetic in the bathroom. In the bathroom wasn´t ventilator and door was dirty and noisy. The mini bar hadn´t bottle opener, although there were glass bottles of watter inside. The reception man advised me to go for opening of the bottle to restaurant. The clean lady didn´t make the bed after night. The restaurant hasn´t first-class cuisine. |

The room was facing a park with very good view and tranquillity. There was a separate dressing room. The bathroom was very spacious with 2 sinks. The staff was very polite. There were a lot of facilities like pool, spa, although i did not use them. Very good impression overall. No sleepers in the room (i suppose i could ask for). The breakfast is a bit expensive but you can choose not to have it. On a hot day (more than 30oC) the room was a bit hot and there was no air conditioning. |

Great locations, wonderful people. It is a perfect hotel to stay for relaxation. It is located in the center of Bad Reichenhall. Salzburg is only 20 minutes away by train and the train station is within walking distance from this hotel. |

Das Flair , die Lage und natürlich die grösse des hotels, das Frühstücksbuffet und auch der Bar bereich aber leider gibt es keine kleinen aufmerksamkeiten wenn man einen Drink zusich nimmt ( kleine Knabbereien ) .... wie wir es von früher gewohnt waren |

Exzellente Lage, prächtige Architektur und Einrichtung, das ältere Personal ist sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit, Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bei einigen Angeboten hervorragend. Hinter der glänzenden Hülle einiger Renovierungsbedarf (z.B. Abwetzungen und Flecken auf Polstermöbeln und Teppichen, verzogenes Holz); Ausbildungslücken bei jungem Personal. |

Es liegt sehr zentral und ist als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesfahrten nach Salzburg etc. ideal Das Zimmer war mit Parkblick angekündigt, wobei dies nicht den Tatsachen entsprach, der Blick auf den Park war nur seitlich gegeben. Das Mobiliar ist in Teilen schon ziemlich verbracuht |

Der Service war sehr gut.Die Dame an der Bar war sehr freundlich,wir waren ja fast die einzigen Gäste. ES ist halt sehr alt.Vieles müßte renoviert werden,z.B. der Kleiderschrank ließ sich nur ein kleines Stück öffnen,und die Möbel haben ihre schönste Zeit auch hinter sich....Dsa Frühstück finde ich mit 19€ überteuert. |

die "hardware" des Hotels ist noch Steigenberger Standard- gewohnt gut. Sauberkeit, Aufmerksamkeit ( Wäschekontainer in Fluren, Aschenbecher 3!!!Tage noch voll mit Plastikbechern, Kartons auf div. Fluren- schade, muß nicht sein- ist ein schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel und verdient mehr Einsatz von "Hotelleitung"- Preisverhandlungen an der Rezeption nicht vorteilhaft, da Gäste mithören und sich fragen warum hab ich dies o. jenes bezahlt- überdenken sie die Preispolitik! |

keine Hotelinformation,kein Schreibgerät im Zimmer,kein 2.Stuhl auf Balkon. Aufzug zum Schwimmbad defekt.von den beiden Doppellifts an mehreren Tagen nur einer funktionsfähig, am 16.07.längere Zeit keiner funktionsfähig. An Personal wird sehr gespart.Bei unseren früheren drei Aufenthalten im Steigenberger Axelmannstein Waren wir zufrieden! |

Die Zimmer waren groß und hell, freundlich eingerichtet, zarte Farben. Der Park des Hotels ist sehr schön, es besteht die Möglichkeit auf der Terasse zu frühstücken. Obstkorb im Zimmer als Empfang . Die Badeinrichtung ist etwas alt, eine Renovierung wäre fällig. Genauso Flure, Türen. Im Zimmer gab es keine Bademäntel, es stand nur Duschgel, Seife und Badehaube zu Verfügung, kein Shampoo, Lotion oder andere Artikel.Das Fernsehen war älter und nicht sehr groß Das Frühstücksbüffet war eher karg, 3-Sterneniveau-aber teuer. |

Die unmittelbare Lage bei den Kureinrichtungen sowie der herrliche Park, der zum Hotel gehört. Der morgendliche Lärm durch die Belieferung der Küche in der Durchfahrt zum Anbau. |

Sauna und Schwimmbad - ferner die Liegewiese hinter dem Haus !! Die Matratzen waren angenehm mittelhart. der Teppichboden in unserem Zimmer hatte schon einen etwas älteren Charme. Offensichtlich sind darunter Holzdielen, die sicherlich besser in das Ambiente des Hauses passen würden. Leider gaben sie aber teilweise etwas nach. |
