The hotel is situated right by the historical “Neumarkt” square, opposite the famous “Frauenkirche” (Church of Our Lady).

Enjoy the superb view of the Baroque town or discover the sights by foot: the most important sights such as the Dresden Palace, the Zwinger Palace and the Semper Opera House are only a stone’s throw away.

Behind the classical façade of the hotel sit cosy rooms, at least 28m² in size, mostly with a beautiful view of the Frauenkirche and the square. You receive a large bottle of mineral water per stay at the hotel.

This was a wonderful, first class hotel. The service was excellent and the rooms and furnishings were classy and comfortable, and the hotel location right next to the Frauenkirche in the center of the "old" (sightseeing part of the) city was great. Very nice breakfast and room service also. I can recommend the hotel highly.

This is a top quality hotel in the best location in the city. If you don't like it here you won't like it anywhere in Dresden.

A little petty-minded; I mistakenly paid twice for the internet but they insisted on taking the charge. Also, although the Frauenkirche is finished there are still a few building projects to be done in and around Neumarkt and this isn't made clear on the web-site.

The location was superb for a short stay in Dresden. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and the decor of the bedrooms and the reception rooms was most relaxing.

At breakfast time the juice (and champagne) was in another room away from the main buffet - we only saw it when we were leaving the breakfast room. However, despite this, the breakfast was wonderful!
