Our room looked out directly onto the Square in front of the Frauenkirche; an amazing site in the beautiful city of Dresden. The staff was outstanding, from Reception, to Information, to the breakfast staff. We are already planning to return next year---likely to the same room.

It is a beautiful hotel in an excellent situation. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. One thing we especially liked was the peace and quiet. It is the quietest hotel we have ever visited and we slept until the chambermaid knocked on the door at 9.00, something we have never done anywhere! the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had - we especially liked the champagne! It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Perhaps the internet facilities should be free.

We thought the setting / location was fantastic - but it was the really nice atmosphere in the hotel that impressed us. Everyone was helpful, polite and attentive... And the food was amazing.

The hotel was excellently sited, close to all the most visited landmarks. It was luxurious and the staff at reception (Fra Janet Schüssman in particular) were efficient ,friendly, welcoming and spke English effortlessly. We were also given an unexpected bonus of a coach trip around dresden. While we did not eat in the restaurant itself we ate lunch each day in the square at the hotel tables and found it excellent. It is a charming , efficient, friendly welcoming atmosphere and the spotless rooms were spacious and well appointed. We felt we got extremely good value for our money.

Best location, walk distance to the majority of sightseeing spot. Excellent service, kind and considerable! The bed sheet was not fully dried, maybe it was caused by the raining recently but it is the only one area for the improvement.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Eventhough it is located in the most central point of the old city, there was't any noise at all. I would recomment it, absolutely. The breacfast was expensive enough. All the rest was perfect for us.

a super hotel, large and very comfortable room with kingsize bed, good bathroom with all neccesary facilities, comfortable lounge chairs in the room, a really super breakfast to choose from, comfortable and large breakfast room with balcony seats overlooking the NeuMarkt, large terras groundfloor.Could not be more central and lots of things to do and see. Car parking on site. The menu for the groundfloor terras could have more choice of main meals

Staff is very nice and helpful. Rather big room. We spent there one night only, so maybe our experience is not so reliable, but really good impression. Good lacation. 30 seconds from Frauenkirche, 3 minutes from Zwinger, 15 minutes from Hauptbahnhof (walking). Everything was good.

The proximity to all the major sights in Dresden was a distinct advantage, but also I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable it was in price. I thought the service was top-notch and all the questions or requests I had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The rooms were lovely, the latte macchiato offered complimentarily at the front desk because we were departing too early to have breakfast--all of these things and more made it a delightful (too short!) stay. An absolutely exquisite setting as well.

Top quality hotel at a wonderful price. Felt like five star hotel in the room. It was very contemporary and comfortable. Very awesome location. Right in the middle of the major sights in Dresden. We would certainly return!
