We felt comfortable immediately. The hotel was perfectly situated to allow us to enjoy the heart of old Dresden. The staff was kind and accommodating. |

The staff was very friendly and helpfull , a good breakfast buffet and a good bar at he evening. The parking at the hotel was also very usefull for us. Why not offer a special rate at the parking under the hotel? Why not a special package for the many top attractions ( museums) of the city? Dresden should be much more promoted als a top location for culture and performing arts. Steigenberger hotel could and should help. |

Location in the middle of the city close to the Frauenkirche. Extra costs: Breakfast: 21 Euros per day, parking 18 Euros per day, Internet access 15 Euros per day (alternatively 5 Euros per half an hour) . This is not very attractive. |

One of the best locations in Dresden, but peaceful - view of Frauenkirche. Stylish without being formal. Excellent restaurant - super breakfasts and dinner options classy. |

very nice hotel in the best possible location of the city we asked for a room with view (to the Marienkirche) and got one with view to a construction site in the back of the hotel |

The hotel is in a wonderful building in the best location in Dresden. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast (included in the room rate) was 5* |

Quality and refinement, a peaceful haven. Excellent location in Neumrkt and super safe underground parking. Breakfast magnificent and a wonderfull vista of the Piazza. |

Location, location, location! Right in front of the Frauen Kirche, center of center, short walking distance to the Zwinger and all attractions. Room facing inner court (front facing are much more expensive), but high floor so no problem. Excellent breakfast, though service for orders slow. The hotel is very well positioned on the main square in the centre of town. Most hotels these days have free wifi, so it is always surprising when you find one that doesnt have it. |

I liked the warm welcome, excellent service, the comfort and that the hotel is situated right on the square so you can see the Ladies Church. |

The hotel was confortable, the staff excellent and great breakfast. The location is perfect, in the real city center close to everything. Very good also the spa, cleaned and professional Please next time put in the bedroom slipper. |

The hotel was perfectly situated in the center of the old city. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would have preferred a walk-in shower instead of having to climb in to a tub. |

I liked its central location and proximity to downtown sites and the fact that it's right next to the newly rebuilt church. I like the friendliness of the staff very much at both reception and in the breakfast room. The staff actually said a pleasant good morning and smiled! Thank you for that. I was disappointed at the design of the reception area and the bar near the reception and would (as a Canadian) have liked it much more if the interior designer had chosen 'old' European-style interiors rather than the more contemporary, angular interiors. The entrance to the hotel is not very welcoming. Overall, when in Europe I prefer a cozier atmosphere in hotels. |
