Very fancy, best location, nothing you could want more in terms of service.

Price is a statement. The breakfast is very good but somewhat off the standards set by the hotel in all other terms.

At first we were most impressed with the building and accommodations. Next we fell in love with the location. Just out the front door and you are in Augsburg downtown. For us, on a Christmas Market trip this was perfect. But the thing that impressed us the most was the friendly, helpful people who work there. On this trip across Germany this hotel stands out above the rest.

Fantastic hotel with a great location in a wonderful town. The hotel staff overcame any problems quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bar and wait staffs were quite accomodating and attentive. The on-site parking was greatly appreciated.

A pleasent stay. Perfect for city travelling. The Hotel has a perfect loaction.

My room was very small , also the bath room was small, No Tea & Coffee maker, No watar Comblementry in the room . No iron and iron board.

Brand new and fancy, center of the city, nice breakfast

Parking doesn't exist, overpriced and rooms are way too small. In nearby Dorint you can get larger rooms for less price. Air conditioning doesn't really work. We had rooms on the 1 and 5 floor and it was too hot in the both with a/c running all night on max.

5 euros for room service for just a cup of coffee is too expensive when there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Recently renovated and the rooms were large and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and had the best shower with a rain head...had to stay I. Fr another few minutes. Air con wasn't working at the time but didn't have a problem as it wasn't hot or cold. Great location for getting around and lovely staff.

Elegant luxury hotel with very large bedroom (and wall TV!). Very good restaurant but moderately expensive. Both restaurant and bar popular with locals.

Air-conditioning not working so we were offered free soft drinks from mini-bar. We had to open the windows and at night this meant that we were kept awake by revellers at the cafe opposite and at the fountain in the street till 4 am. Our stay was mid-week and this seemed to be a regular happening.

As not a major city the price is too high Breakfast is not included and expensive Momently there is no parking place to the hotel

Das Frühstück bzw. die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war eher dürftig!

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt und man erreicht alles sehr gut.

Das sehr, sehr kleine Bad nur für schlanke Menschen geeignet. Preis zu hoch für die Enge des Zimmers.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit ansprechender Einrichtung in zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, man fühlt sich wohl - ideale Voraussetzungen für einen guten Schlaf.
