This hotel is definitely luxury class, the rooms are elegantly furnished, the staff is professional and the facilities are outstanding. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival and enjoyed the facilities in the room.

The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The location was excellent - right on the ubahn and close to all of the tourist sites. Very gracious and helpful staff.

Our room was very far from the elevators and overlooked the mechanical equipment, which made opening the windows rather unpleasant.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The location was very good, close to the city center. Het building was beautiful. We received a upgrade upon arrival.

The facilities in the hotel are extremely expensive. A diet coke for 5,50 euro is a bit too much I think. But thanks to the good deal with Booking.com, the room was cheap for such a good hotel. However: I would rather classify this hotel 4 stars than 5 stars. It's good, but not five star good.

The situation is the best possible, just in the middle of the city. The hotel staff is what makes the difference with other hotels I have stayed in: extremely friendly, open, natural. At Oscar's there are many wines available by the glass at fair prices and they are very good. The possibility to take a glass and/or dine outside is a definitive plus

The room was pretty unexceptional, clean and quiet but I would have expected more from such an Hotel. Oscar's restaurant has a wide choice of dishes but most are pretty expensive

Very convenient location, right in the center of the city. Courteous and friendly staff. Spacious rooms.

Breakfast not included, parking is offsite (although there is valet service) and, have to pay for internet.

Conveniently located just outside the Willy-Brant Plaza underground station.

Although it has been refurbished doesn't look like a 5 star hotel; i would rather rate it as a 4 star+ one.

Great gentral location, near to Alstadt, Rhine river and main shopping areas. Hotel has it's own unique charm & charactor, staff were very friendly and efficient.

with the amount paid they give us very bad room which i told them it is a 2-3 star hotels offers this type of room. No one of my groupe liked the hotel until we switched to new room with add. Euro 20.00 . In addition, they keeping taking us from one room to other until we setteled down with the third round. one room was occupiedm other room ac wasnt working, the third room was good. therefore, they did not charge us extra Euro 20.00 after we complaint.
