Breakfast is excellent, but for 32 Euros it should be. The restaurants are exceptional.

Dreadful tatty rooms, eye wateringly over priced. You can do a lot better for your money in Frankfurt.

It was very nice, but the house keeper were a bit noisy when they transfere the things. The breakfast was lovely.

The location, breakfast and hotel design are exellent. It is very nice to see young faces of the staff, but I would like to meet the people whom I know for years ( it is my 4-th stay in the hotel), more experienced staff is more pleasant for me.

Starting with the reception- which was outstanding, similarly the breakfast,the general attitude of all the staff, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general, the location and the general ambience were really excellent. We have stayed with you before and certainly will do so again.

My reservation was not found upon arrival. I had to wait for 25 min before they gave me a room. The person at the check-in was not very friendly.First night no turn-down service.

Location and quality feel - excellent room, upgraded without asking to ensure a great stay, reflected their great customer service. Our stay certainly has us checking where all the Steigenberger hotels are located, as we will enquire at these hotels first for future trips!

Usually, we will accept the hotel that has a swimming pool & hot spa over higher quality competition. The lack of these facilities would make it a difficult decision to stay next time if another hotel had these facilities.

It has a good location and staff. The brackfast was wanderful.

*The price is a bit high. *The way they organize the beds as bad. they put two bed sheets aside on one king size bed. *Also, elevatore needs re-innovation. *The internet to is not free of charge like most hotels. *The picturs of the rooms are for the royal rooms. Most of the remaning things were OK.

The location is perfect,staff very friendly,rooms very big and clean.it is really a 5 stars hotel

It is difficult to find things you didn't like.maybe price of the breakfast,32 euro is a little bit too expensive
