The hotel was one of the best in my last trip. Perfedt location @ city center... It happnet when I was sleeping and no disturb signe on the door, the house keeping still got in to the room...i dismissed her politly and that was a minor for me... |

Staff very professional. Arrived at 7h00 in the morning and staff organised room straight away without any problems. The breakfast is excellent but a bit overpriced. |

There was an ample number of rooms leeft in the hotel and they ugraded us to a suite room. Very comfortable. With the 229 euro offer I am extremely satisfied. Internet $10/h is far too expensive |

The staff is very kind Would you please check the following fact: I booked the hotel by your site, giving my credit card details, but checking in the hotel the room payment through your booking wasn't done. So, at the Reception, they charged me again?! |

All the hotel staff we encountered (ie those we spoke with) were very friendly and helpful. not superficially friendly. It was welcoming especially when we arrived from Singapore at about 7.00am and were able to get into our rooms in a very short time. The atmosphere of the hotel was also very warm which added to the enjoyment of our stay. |

This hotel is very grand, the decor is superb and has a feel of the very old grand hotels of times gone bye. my only complaint would be that we had to wait four hours for a travel cot to be delivered to our room which is a nuisance when it is passed babies bedtime.. Also the flush on the toilet had to be constantly fixed by maintenance. |

The staff was superb and the location was excellent. The wireless internet was very poor and intermittent. From a business standpoint it was virtually worthless and unuseable...even with the assistance of the internet provider. Also, I stronly believe that the hotel, while very nice, is significantly over priced. |

The room is totally not the same as it is shown in the photos, it is almost empty (no accessories) and very bad view with small windows..they should tell clients before they reserve about the description of this room, |

Front office denied he had a room of the category I reserved and practically cornered me to accept another room and pay 20 euro extra per night. At first I thought because I arrived early but he mentioned he will not be able to give me a room of my reservation category at any time |
