The comfort and facilities of the room. The staff were both helpful and attentive. The public areas of the hotel were very smart, small details like jugs of iced water and fresh fruit were a nice touch in the reception area. The price of a bottle of water in the room at €7 was very expensive as was €30 per head for breakfast. |

It is a luxury hotel and all staff we met were friendly and courteous. It centrally located, so ideal for sightseeing, shopping and close to resataurants and bars. |

The facilities are both extensive and excellent. Our experience commenced upon check-in. F&B facilities are warm and comfortable. My family and I have decided that from here on in, it will stay only at Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof whenever we're in Frankfurt. The total expereince made it hard to leave. |

the distanc to the center of the city,the roms are nice. i dont like the idea that such hotel with a very high rate not including breakfast and internet services i need to pay for it , its a shame it makes the hotel looks very low cause they are still trying to make money from small things while lower standart hotel are providing them for free, or includ them in the rate of the room, that is very low, when you pay 450 euro per a night then you need to... |

Atmosphere of the Hotel and the space inside the Hotel. Friendly restaurant staff Sauna was turned off before the official closing time. For a 5 star Hotel the spa and gym is quite limited. People at the door are not alert.We had to go out of the car and walk to the door to ask were we have to park our car. The bathroom was a bit messy. Loose Lamps near the mirror. A hole in the marble bath wall and the adult channel was the default audio channel. |

atnew year residents at the hotel were made to feel unwelcome as they were not part of the private parties we were made to feel out casts because we did not know or were not informed of all the parties.And were chased by the bar s because they were fully booked by new year revellers we ended up sitting in a corridor drinking our expensive drinks as their was no space. |

I hope Booking.com can negotiate a better deal with this hotel as far as the room quality and services because we will not stay in this hotel again nor we will book another hotel through booking.com. We were told as soon as we arrived that 'Our reservation was done through booking.com so there are certain rooms e can have'. The room that was given to us all the way in the back of the hotel, looking into an alley and smelled like raw sewage. We did remind the hotel staff and were told that they were sorry. The rooms were not very clean, equipment old and towels stunk. |
