Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof

建物、館内がとても洗練されており、ドイツらしいところに宿泊ができてよかったです。また、フロントをはじめ、館内の皆さんがとても親切に接してくださり、このホテルを選んで正解だったと改めて感じました。新婚旅行とお話をしたらお部屋にシャンパンと果物を運んでくれ、とても良い思い出になりましたし、紹介してくださった方にも良い報告ができました。

ヘアケア商品を持参していたので構わなかったのですが、シャンプーで髪がぱさつくのはとても残念な気がします。香りはとても良かったのですが。。。

ショッピングエリアには徒歩で十分に行くことができ、便利なロケーションにある。由緒あるホテルが故に、内部の老朽化も目に付いた。朝食は種類が豊富で、味も良い。

メインエントランスが閉鎖されていた。工事はされておらず、冬場という時期的な要因か。このために階段を利用せざるを得なくなり、ベビーカーの移動が大変だった。部屋の換気調整ができず、空調による寒さを感じた。

中心地にあって場所は便利。ビジネスでも旅行でも、使い勝手の良いホテルだと思います。部屋もゆったりしていて快適に過ごせました。コンシェルジェ、フロントなどもてきぱきとしていて、安心できます。

唯一気になったのは、ルームサービスが届くまでちょっと時間がかかったこと。深夜だったのでやむを得ないのかもしれませんが。

the spa is so far and small and you have to take 2 elevators

the hotel style,the arround atmosphere and the service in every thing were perfect,the location was ideal for my needs.

the noisy air-condition, that the room was not enough warm when turning off the fan of the air-condition, the bath-towels were thin and not changed in the evening, one had to use the same wet towel the next morning, the lack of cushions of different thickness (for people with cervical fragility difficult), the lack of an extra blanket, the poor quality of breakfast jams (artificial), the fact that...

The facilities are both extensive and excellent. Our experience commenced upon check-in. F&B facilities are warm and comfortable. My family and I have decided that from here on in, it will stay only at Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof whenever we're in Frankfurt.

The total expereince made it hard to leave.

There some smell in the toilet, but really it is not a very strong smell, however, it should be like none, consider as 5 stars hotel...
