豪華さ・ロケーション・サービスなど満足しました。また隣接の日本食レストラン「いろは」は海外での日本食- としては味サービスともにかなり満足度は高かったです。 ６階のフィットネスに行くのに奥のエレベーターでしかいけません。表示の仕方がわかりにくい。またそのエレ- ベーター内でカードキーが必要 |

サービス、格式、部屋の清潔さ、朝食の豪華さ、どれをとっても文句なし。市内の真ん中にあり観光の拠点とし- ても最高のロケーション。特に朝食の充実度合いは素晴らしい。 ベビーベットを頼んだが忘れられていた。（ただし、ベッドが広く親子３人で寝ても問題ない広さだった） |

ホテルが町の中心にあるため、市内観光にはとても便利でした。また部屋も豪勢で快適に過ごすことができまし- た。 朝食時にオムレツを2つ頼んだのですが、スタッフの手際が悪く、後から注文した人に持っていかれてしまい、- 私たちの注文も済みと言う事になり、再度注文する羽目になったことが残念でした。5つ星ホテルとは思えない- 手際の悪さと応対でした。 |

建物、館内がとても洗練されており、ドイツらしいところに宿泊ができてよかったです。また、フロントをはじ- め、館内の皆さんがとても親切に接してくださり、このホテルを選んで正解だったと改めて感じました。新婚旅- 行とお話をしたらお部屋にシャンパンと果物を運んでくれ、とても良い思い出になりましたし、紹介してくださ- った方にも良い報告ができました。 ヘアケア商品を持参していたので構わなかったのですが、シャンプーで髪がぱさつくのはとても残念な気がしま- す。香りはとても良かったのですが。。。 |

ショッピングエリアには徒歩で十分に行くことができ、便利なロケーションにある。由緒あるホテルが故に、内- 部の老朽化も目に付いた。朝食は種類が豊富で、味も良い。 メインエントランスが閉鎖されていた。工事はされておらず、冬場という時期的な要因か。このために階段を利- 用せざるを得なくなり、ベビーカーの移動が大変だった。部屋の換気調整ができず、空調による寒さを感じた。- |

The atmosphere. I found the room very little for eur 220. In fact I chose it as it was supposed to be a good deal supposed to be eur 650, which was not at all the cost of this little room, which was already extremely expensive at the price I paid. |

Standard room was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet was included and excellent. Ask for the drink menu before ordering as two draft beers and a glass of red wine cost 31.50 Euro in the lobby area. Parking in the garage across the street was 22 Euro of 24 hours but guess all parking isn Frankfurt is expensive. |

We served our welcome drinks by ourselves :))) but thats okey the staff was so professional and kind during the check-in and also afterwards during the course of our stay. It was not clear if they had a private parking or not. However just accross the hotel there was a parking place so i didnt mind that point. It would be always good for a hotel to ask/inform about the parking possibilities during check-ins |

we arrived at 23:30, we had reservation at restaurant that closes at midnight but they kept it open just for us, the breakfast very rich, the bathroom so large, very friendly staff we made our reservation from frankfurt airport at 21:30, when we arrived at hotel they could not find our reservation |

This hotel is located in the city center of Frankfurt. So it is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The behavior of reception lady was bad, I think she is somthing in rush. She did not explain anything about facility. And, she has left without returning me the credit card. |
