Grand hotel ponuja restavracijo z Michelinovo zvezdico, sodoben spa s panoramskim razgledom in prostorne sobe z bivalno površino. Do starega mestnega jedra Frankfurta in opere je 400 metrov. Elegantne sobe in apartmaji v Steigenberger Frankfurter Hofu s 5 zvezdicami so klasično oblikovani. Vsi imajo visoka okna, kopalne plašče in osebno tajnico na telefonu. V restavraciji Français s teraso strežejo kreativne gurmanske jedi. Druge restavracije so še restavracija z dvoriščem Hofgarten, Oscar's Lounge in restavracija Iroha s sušijem. Gostje se lahko sprostijo v baru Autorenbar in salonu s cigarami Cigarrum. Aktivni gostje bodo uživali v fitnesu, savni in parni sobi. The HR of this hotel must be sacked immediately together with all the staff. The staff of the hotel is absolutely unfriendly, not professional and annoying. I have been in hundreds of hotels over the world and such low level of service I face for the first time.

Stunning hotel, both inside and out! Frankfurt, being heavily bombed in the Second World War has few properties left with both age and charm! The location is perfect, right in the city centre. Enjoyed the cusine on the massive outdoor patio. The staff was both efficient and helpful! Unfortunately behind the property a very large high rise is being erected. The views of the Rhine have been affected and the noise is apparent but only if you open the windows.

The hotel is beatufull, very well placed. The staff is not very efficient advising about leisure, teathre, etc. Internet should be free al over the hotel

Location, close to shopping street, nice big room, nice spa Price is a bit of an overkill, hotel was quite crowded when we arrive and it took 40 minutes to get our drink ready (after waiting 15 minutes to get attention of the staff). For this type of hotel it's not ok

Old world charm - beautiful spacious rooms with all the modern amenities. Classic bar and good restaurant.....great valet and bell service ???? Great stay!

Location is excellent with great access to shopping and restaurants. Premises a spotlessly maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Elegant structure. Very comfortable rooms. Only downside is the excessive Wi-Fi charges, where most establishments are free or nominal

The staff were fantastic on all levels. Every comfort was considered and provided for in the rooms. Very closely situated to the historic centre and close to subway and bus routes for further excursions. Didn't find anything to disapprove of.

Location is great ,luxury facilities,breakfast and service,also very good. I don`t urdestand the policy of the hotel to pay 5euro for 30min.internet in 5 star hotel.Nowadays internet connection is not lux,so this must be free of charge to the hotel guests.

Hotel has great location. New Spa was nice but Sauna was not working. The spa staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Bartender in the bar whom has been there a long time was fabulous. Great customer service and a shear gentleman. Room and bathroom was outdated considering it is a five star hotel. Also, the valet service was quite unfriendly. I received no assistance with my luggage as the Valet looked on as I tried to carry my luggage up the stairs. No soaps or shampoo in the Spa Area

The hotel was just at the heart of the city that is very close to the financial district and the shopping areas. The rooms are very much well equipped as it should be in 5 star hotel. Breakfast was quite good and the staff was very friendly for doing everything they could afford to do. The bed was not very much comfortable and it was a combined bed of two twins. The comforters were so small that it could not even cover your body.

It is nice and stylish. The bar is fantastic. The catering department cannot cater for a full house. Maybe they need to increase staff.

Location, Room, Service... its an old fashion style 5 star hotel. It is a very nice Hotel The spa is closed for a year... This was the reason for that hotel trip... it was very disappointing...

It is a beautiful hotel and very luxurious. Its very high end, so if you're like us who got a good Christmas deal and walked in wearing sweats and sneakers, you can soon feel rather out of place. For the price, free wifi would have been appropriate. Even the business center required you to purchase internet access.

Ease of location and very comfortable rooms. Everything was perfect except my pet hate which one sees in a lot of hotels like this, small bottles of water in the room charged at 5 euros each.
