I found some Reception staff not to accept prior to any inquiry Asked the officer to print sheets of your mail is prohibited and he pointed to a section, use the Internet and said Alchridt card, the hotel is material to the farthest degree Does not have a free online service such as any hotel already and I got it

Nice place, very friendly and supportive personnel. Spcious rooms, kingside beds.

Hot water in the bath was not hot enough, important when it's minus 10c outside. Sports facilities were on renovation

Your staff were exemplary in both conduct and professionalism and nothing was ever a bother for them. I would particularly like to commend Ricarda for the service she provided.

Everything was good, so I liked evrything.

We stay this hotel every year visiting messe. One of the best in Frankfurt. Location is perfect as for show and for shopping. Oscar restaurent is the gourmet place. The indian guy serving is perfect!!

The hotel was good, but the booking dot com site was difficult to navigate, and we ended up paying for two rooms for a honeymoon. Steigenberger would not refund a room booked by mistake. The breakfasts were lovely, but expensive.

Location. And the concierge always tried to do his best in suggesting good restaurants and making the reservations with paramount good will.

The room was not cozy. It lacked warmth. I could not try their french restaurant. It was fully booked for a special meeting.

Many things I loved about the Steigenberger Frankfurter ... When we arrived we had "Benjamin" at the front desk to help us ... We had been flying all night and he prepared us well to venture out to the Christmas markets and the local sights and shopping. He was absolutely fabulous when it came to taking care of us. At the front door there was a very, very tall man who helped us with taxicabs and he was also very helpful in directing us, as was the other gentlemen in top hat. If I ever again have the privilege of traveling to Frankfurt, this will again be my first stop. My sister and I, traveling alone in Europe for the first time, felt safe, comfortable and extremely cared for and happy with the personnel and our stay at the Steigenberger Frankfurt. I hope to be back ... Merry Christmas to all of you ... Sue H.
