Otelde konaklamak için verilen parayla alınan hizmet birbiriyle örtüşmüyor.Otelin lobisi dahil hiçbir yerinde ücretsiz internet kullanamıyorsunuz.Bu kadar yüksek ücret ödenen otelde odada bir küçük şise su 7 Euro.İş için gelen insanlara hizmet veren bir otelde internetten para alınması olacak şey değil.Ve yatakda rahatsız...

Yes!!!! Many problems: the room was old; I had to go downstairs three times to change my room card; they did a huge mass because I decided to change the reservation for two more days; when I checked out they had already charged me without the chance to check my bill; I had to ask the door man to send me tow more pillows once nobody answered the housekeeping number; my bath was not working well; the first day the made keep knoking the door from 8 to 11 every 30 minutes to hurry us up; my room was not prepared at night even though the made saw us leaving the room etc etc etc. we are used to stay in Luxury hotels all over the world, but this was extremely disapointing!!!

The majestic building, excellent location, comfortable common areas: halls, bars and restaurants.

Very old room, furniture and bathroom worn, faded robes and towels. The room does not meet the 5 star hotel.

The staff were excellent

180 meters from lift to my room. Paid extra for my room but was woken up every morning with crashing bottles and noise because my room overlooked the delivery lane. I paid extra for a delux room ... what a waste of money. The only meal I had was a schnitzel ... all of the bread crumbs fell off and the meat was as tough as leather.

the duluxe room is very poor design, big and facing the inner court but without a walk in wardrobe as mentioned in the details, no sitting area, no flat screen tv.

Location is excellent very clean

Room service is very expensive (bottol of water 7euro) who belive this moreover local phone call for a duration of 9 minutes is 20 euros unbelivable

Nice place, very friendly and supportive personnel. Spcious rooms, kingside beds.

Hot water in the bath was not hot enough, important when it's minus 10c outside. Sports facilities were on renovation

Your staff were exemplary in both conduct and professionalism and nothing was ever a bother for them. I would particularly like to commend Ricarda for the service she provided.

Everything was good, so I liked evrything.

We stay this hotel every year visiting messe. One of the best in Frankfurt. Location is perfect as for show and for shopping. Oscar restaurent is the gourmet place. The indian guy serving is perfect!!
