I feel it is totally overpriced in comparison to other five star hotels. The rooms are smal. The TV is in a position were you cannot sit in bed on watch it comfortably.(TV being on the side of the bed, not at the feet end of it) |

Central location. The Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin had lost my booking/reservation. It took me 30 minutes to check-in. When checking-out reservation was lost again. Amazing for a 5-star hotel: no room service from 10pm to 6am. |

Location is very good near the main station Price very high, they asked for more money to get a twin bed room instead of Double. |

My room last week was better than 3 weeks ago. i asked for an upgrade but none available. i would like this option sometime as I will stay there quite alot for business. I was waiting for attention on arrival and no staff member called me over. Then 3 people arrived and went and checked in before me. I was standing alone without any acknowledgement. Not very impressed. |

Only location was good. Hotel was so old and blanket was so thin, glass was dirty.... We request non smoking room, but it was not available. |

Respsiyon, Restaurant çok iyi, Kahvaltı zayıf( Peynir çesitleri az,omlet yok, sıcak sebze yok. ) ödenen fiata göre 22 Euro kahvaltının biraz daha iyiolması lazım Oda dekorasyonu ve tanzim şekli çok karışık, Çay kahve imkanı olabilir dört gece konaklamada hiç çarşaf deyişmedi, bir kez yastık yüzü deyişti. Yatak başlıkları oldukça kirli. Bende otel işletiyorum www.yetkinhotels.com veya www.yetkinhotels.de görebilirsiniz. |

Personnel peu aimable et disponible. les chambres sont disponibles à partir de 15h et impossible avant et ce pour plusieurs chambres réservées. Réponse: la règle, c'est la règle! |

Ich finde die Benutzerfreundlichen Zeiten des Hallenbades und Wellnessbereiches ab 6.00 Uhr sehr gut. Die Parkgebühr von 20€ für einen Tag. |

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist natürlich sehr zentral, wir hatten das Glück, dass unser Zimmer nach hinten raus lag, so haben wir den Verkehrslärm nicht mitbekommen Bei Ankunft lag kein Bademantel im Zimmer, was für ein 5* Hotel ungewöhnlich ist. Wir haben dann auch nicht danach gefragt, da wir sowieso nicht wellnessen wollten. Auch gab es ein sehr abgezähltes Angebot an Shampoo, Duschgel und Lotion, nämlich lediglich 2 kleine Fläschchen. |

Das Zimmer war nett u. der Pool war schön. Leider verfügt das Hotel über keine Hotelbar o.ä.,wo man zum Glas Wein eine Zigarette rauchen kann. |

Ужасный шут всю ночь. Тонкие стены - слышно любой чих в соседнем номере. Комнаты уже потрепаны. Видны остатки былой роскоши. Выспаться не удалось. Не рекоммендую |

Velmi dobrá dostupnost do středu města, zejména pak na König Strasse a blízkost hlavního nádraží. Možnost pohodnlných nákupů bez použití auta. Pokoje jsou vybydlené, koupelna neměla vanu a sprchový kout připomínal bulharské hotey. V koupelně byl nedostatek ručníků. Pokoj je nutné objednávat telefonicky, pak jej lze doporučit ! |

Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig.Gute Parkmöglichkeit.(Parkhaus).Ausgezeichnete Wellnessanlage.Diverse Möglichkeiten auf hohem Nieveau zu dinieren. Keine Kritik.Leider hat mir ein Gast im Parkhaus an meinem Porsche links vorne einige Kratzer verursacht, sich aber (aus Angst vor Kosten) nicht gemeldet. Das Hotel kann nichts dafür! |

Rustig Hotel, goede bedden Gourmet restaurant gesloten, overdreven hoge prijs voor ontbijt en parkeren na de dure hotel prijs voor kamer. Op foto's ziet het er een luxe hotel uit, badkamer veel te klein, geen aparte douche en een oude televisie geen plasma. Voor een hotel in deze prijskategorie ontoelaatbaar. |

Zentrale Lage, Nähe Shopping-Meile und wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Obwohl die Badetücher in der Duschwanne lagen, wurden diese nicht vom Reinigungspersonal ausgewechselt. Nach der Reklamation wurde dies sofort erledigt. |
