The staff was very friendly. Location central to city. I saw the pictures on this site and it looked like a 5 star. When I checked into my single room I was truly disgusted. The bathroom smelled like it had not been aired out in months. The room has probably never been updated since the 50'S. Old comforter. Not a 5 star hotel. I asked to move and they moved me but charged me 50.00 per night more. I will never stay at a steigenberger again. |

Friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Locationwise perfectly situated, across central station, and next to main shopping area and castle with its parks. Good selection of fresh fruits for breakfast. Room was spacious and very tidy. Everything you could expect from a hotel in this price class. I would recommend it to anybody. |

Ich ließ meinen Wagen aus der Hotelgarage holen. Es kam ein 20 jähriges Mädchen (Page) und fuhr vor das Hotel. Auf dem Weg nach Hause viel mir beim tanken auf, dass die ganze teure Alufelge zerkratzt war. Ich finde es nicht in Ordnung einen vermutlich jungen Azubi einen sündteuren PKW holen zu lassen.Außerdem hätte man mich informieren können, dass da etwas passiert ist. |

es liegt sentral und es ist ein sauberes, gutes Hotel mit freundlichen Angestellten in der Reseption. Die Angestellten, die die Zimmer säubern klopfen bereits ziemlich früh an der Tür um es zu reinigen. Wenn man sich spät in`s Bett gelegt hat, dann wird man dadurch mehrmals morgens geweckt, und dies ist nicht so gut. |
