I liked the room and location in the city center.

Did not like the check in waiting time, I spent 3 hours waiting for the room.

The position of the hotel in the heart of city center, clean and tidy,

Expensive breakfast.

Extremely pleasant staff. Very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay the best. Would gladly return this hotel and would recommend it to others.

I met a very friendly staff and had a wonderful room. The phone was not working but I don't need a phone anyway, I have a cell phone. My stay was very pleasant and I am sure that I will return.

Very good service, food and rooms

Location across from train station was perfect for our needs. Easy access to shopping and holiday market. Stylish decor and furnishings throughout facility. Well-appointed rooms with comfortable layout and bed.

Room chairs were not well-padded. Mini-bar was over-priced. Restaurants and lobby bar were over-priced.

The hotel after it has been renovated looks marvelous, I think Graf Zappelin will be our choice at Stuttgart

I think they need bigger bar.

Lovely room, ideal location

1) Found broken chocolate sweet on bed when we arrived (which led us to ask the question - had the bed been used?). Mentioned to reception but was more or less ignored. 2) looked for a I hr extention to our book out time and was flately refused - after spending 500e , I would have thought that some monor concessions would have been granted but.........Have stayed in numerous hotel across the world and first to refuse me a one hour extention to check-out.

A fine hotel in a premium location, close to the Hauptbahnhof, around the corner fron the main shopping thoroughfare and a short walk to the Altstadt.Rooms were on the small side but clean and comfortable, an impressive bar and lobby area and a rooftop spa & pool area. (Pool exceptionally cold).

The one star welcome from the dismissive, rude, and poorly trained reception staff really let the hotel down - they were incapable of showing the slightest interest in dealing with the most basic requests. A complete contrast to the cheerful cleaning ladies. Management might consider role reversal or lead by example.
