Within walking distance of main Hamburg attractions. Only 2 minutes walk from S1 S-Bahn station with direct service to airport (25 mins)

Location, cleanliness, bathrooms.

Wifi service extremely poor. Contracted to a company called Cloud and the cost and usage very complicated and non user friendly. By contrast my experience nowdays is that Wifi is usually free for guests, and if not, is easily accessable and convenient. Breakfast is expensive.

Disgusting attitude to the guests! Will never stay at this hotel!

The price comparing to other similar class hotels is on the high side. If however breakfast was included in the prices it would be fair. Also why should be paying for internet?!?!

The hotel staff was very friendly, the room spacious and well cleaned! Thank you so much for the complimentary sparkling wine for our anniversary celebration.

there is no free wi-fi. wireless connection for money is so bad. furniture too old. near of hotel is railway. it is to noisy.

A very good hotel, pleasant and competent staff, wonderful dining arrangements during Christmas days and a very comfortable wellness area.

Making my reservation I had asked for certain drinks in the minibar and a special hard pillow, both requests were not granted at my arrival. Since I arrived late at night it took some time and phoning to get them. Obviously my reservation request was not read. This was the only disappointment.

We've stayed here before and returned because this is a very good hotel. We had a baby with us and the hotel set up a fantastic cot and were very helpful. We asked for extra blankets and pillows and they were delivered to our door shortly thereafter. Great service and an excellent location to explore Hamburg.

We liked the comfort and the location. Everything is almost in walking distance as ie Planten en Blomen, the shopping area, the Harbour, the Binnenalster and Aussenalster and many other monuments. The Hotel itself is modern-it's not the cheapest you can find but it's worth the money

It's excellent location, the efficiency of the staff, and the range of facilities available.

Perfect Hotel in the center of the city (600 meter from the railways station Hauptbahnhof Hamburg or 2 stations by S Bahn or U Bahn), along a canal, not far from the the 2 lakes (symbol of Hamburg) and the Port: you can visit the city by foot from the Hotel.

Location was perfect, was a walking distance to most attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful to help. Rooms were clean and had a nice view of the canal's and city. Traveled with a group of 10 adult friends.

The hotel tried to confirm our arrival before any cancellation of our bookings.

Some staffs at the reception were not too friendly to Chinese travellers. The follow up service (to fix a fault in the room) was not delivered.
