The staff were attentive and courteous. Location is excellent and near the shopping mall, pubs, and resturants. Too expensive for the value. The rooms were antiquated. |

Very convientient location in the heart of Dusseldorf at the top of Konigsallee and close to the Alt Stadt. Great room, comfortable and spacious with full range of facilities. No coffee/tea making faciities in the room. |

Had to be at the courthouse. Just around the corner. The hotel: great...!!! You feel like a star and you are treated like one. Just one remark: Epected a better and more complete tv system. |

The location of the hotel was very good. We had a spacious and quiet room. I had email contact with the hotel before we left. I asked them to make reservations at a nice restaurant. Unfortunately I never heard from them again. |

The service at the reception was excellent. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, it was like they were expecting us to arrive. Very comfy bed (only complaint it was two twin beds put together and not a king-size bed). Bathroom and amenities were excellent. Loved the robe and slippers! The location of the hotel is excellent - next to the Alt Stadt and the big park starts just behind the hotel. |

Almost nothing. Some members of the staff were polite. The hotel needs urgently refurbishment. Is a very poor decorated hotel for its price. The rooms, although big enough, looked very old and not as a result of decoration policy but as a result of neglisance. The couch and armchairs need change of fabrique. Twice I tried to sit and drink a coffee at the coffee area and they did not let me sit with the excuse that the tables were reserved. Unpeakable manner for a guest of the hotel. One night I asked for a reservation in a restaurant and when we arrived at the restaurant there was no reservation. No one was at the front door to pich up our luggages, we waited for 10 minutes and we carried them ourselves. Definitely no value for money try another hotel in the area. |

The comfort and tranquility of our room and the size and volume of water in the overhead shower. The temperature of the shower could be uncontrollably variable in the morning. |

It was a pleasure.Very helpful staff and authentic atmosphere of the hotel is interesting. We had great pleasure with hotels facilities and the location. We travel with our 15 months baby and enjoyed much. |

For this buisiness trip it was the perfect location. One block from the U, close to banks and shopping. Only a few blocks from the "Alt Stadt". The construction accross the street, but not your problem. |

Staff courteous, helpful and efficient. Room service prompt. Spacious, clean and well-appointed room with excellent double glazing against traffic noise. Airconditioning efficient. Room service breakfast order accurately filled and the quality of the food was excellent. |

Fabulous proportion of rooms, beautiful matching powderblue 'toile de jouy' wallpaper and curtains, extremely comfortable beds, Super location directly on kö and next to opera and altstadt. |

The location is great and service is very good. For the price of the hotel room I would say that it isn´t so much good value for money. The expectations are very high when it is five stars and costs so much. We first got room which obviously is a smoking room but we ordered no smoking, the smell was awful but the staff changed it for us and did that very well, good service there. The other room was though smaller than the first one. Then the spa was without a towels when we arrived but after a phonecall they where quick to come with towels. These are of course small things but you expect everything to be perfect when you pay that much for a hotel room ;) |

we are guests since 30 years.classic but good.Restaurant as well allthough the service is a bit of 'routine'meantime.Quite understandable if the staff is 30 yeard in charge as well... parkingfacilities should finally approve after all those years |

Please write at least 15 words Good blackout curtains,very quiet ,clean spacious room.Good position for old town,smart shopping,opera and park.Riverside cafes only ten minutes flat walk away. Major underground works taking place at hotel end of road and several other areas of town.No noise prob in August just unatractive and dustier. |
