position and the spacious beautifully furnished room

It is situated at a perfect spot that is very close to the luxurious shopping street and just 5 minutes walk to the altstadt, the living heart of Düsseldorf. There is very big shopping mall almost just neighbouring the hotel. The staff was helpful and was always with a positive attitude to sort things out. Housekeeping, reception, bar, restaurant everything was so clean and prompt (the German way) and the warm hospitality was perfect. The room was spacious enough with everything included. We were on a business trip with my wife, but the hotel staff made us feel it almost like our second honeymoon. ı definitely recommend the hotel.

The construction site in front of the hotel. But there is nothing they can do about it. Ask for a room not facing the front.

Location is perfect, very close to shopping streets and the Altstadt. Convenient car parking. Nice room, convenient bed. Gym is OK. Breakfast is fine too, as well as the food in the bar on the ground floor.

Bathroom was not fully up to standard, one basin had drainage problems.

Major street construction work in the front - hard to walk in and out to the city. Gladly it's only temporary.

Very attentive and friendly service. Excellent location.

Too less tables available for breakfast. People have been waiting up to 15 minutes in a cue to get a table.

I liked how the room was decorated. I liked that it had a very nice reading corner (sofa and lamp). I liked the bathroom and the nice floor heating in the bathroom. Very nice personnel and good english speakers. The location is great, near the old city area and the shopping area. Breakfast is excellent, very wide varity of meats, cheeses, sweets, nuts and natural fruits squeezed juices.

I did not like the dirty carpet in the room. It needs some cleaning. I did not like the fact vthat the blanket was not long enough so for my 1.70 m in hight, I had to stay with my feet out and freeze.

It's understated elegance, the attentiveness of staff, their obviously excellent training and dining room fare.

The hotel was at a very convenient location. The staff were very freindly. It was clean and tidy

It had building work going on around it. There was a foul stench emanating from these works. It was very expensive - not enough services for the price paid - eg porter services were non-existent - also, at this price, they should provide the internet without cost

Payed internet for 5 star hotel?! not fair at all! Renovation around!

Room was big enough. Ceiling was high. Connecting rooms were available for our family. Bathroom was well maintained and clean. Close to Altschtadt and Ko Allee.

Staff at reception did not smile at all. It was not very bad but interesting. I thought it was a German mentality. Wifi was available only lobby. This was really bad.

The hotel is very beautiful and location is good for shopping. The decoretion of the room is excellent. I like it very much, and will choose this hotel again when I go back to Düsseldorf.
