wellness center! there's steam room, foot washer(?), relaxing area & Fin-sauna with great sense of herb in water-bucket. surprise mixed men & woman without swimwear. classic fan on ceiling. umbrella in closet was elegantly folded. room is slightly dated+simple image yet basin area is updated and classy. |

We found the staff to be very friendly and approachable. The location was perfect to explore Postdam; we were close to the train station and able to reach Berlin within half and hour. |

Very helpful staff. Great location, large comfortable room, some nice touches- magazines, umbrella,pens, paper etc and .free public transport - excellent idea! would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in room, wi-fi expensive and breakfast expensive. |

Excelent location to Schloss Sanssouci. Free travel pass to local trains and busses all over Berlin! Quiet location. Car park in the neighbourhood, maybe a litttle bit expensive. |

Negative : In our room there was - after 2200 h - a noise to be heard : as if a pump was going or a machine was running,which was very annoying . On the second night we complained about that to the receptionist and asked for earplugs. Earplugs were not availalable , but (and this is positive) we were offered to change the room .... |

To be honest, I was disappointed because I felt the stay did not quite match up to the price and brand. (This could be an aspect of the hotels in Potsdam in general though, I don't know). Good points: The room and floor was clean. The young robust girl in the restaurant in the afternoon/early evening was very kind and thoughtful. Disappointing points: The bed was mattress was very soft and sagging in the middle, and the shower drain was not very robust and the water built up. Smoke was also coming into the "nonsmoking" room (while that might be a problem of a guest rather than just hotel). |

la chambre est soignée et le SPA est sympa apres une journée a se balader dans berlin. les horaires du SPA : ouvert que l apres midi a parir de 16h.dommage que le etit dejeuner coute 16 eur en plus de la chambre. |

Das ich hier schon mehrmals übernachtet habe, dürfte Grund genug sein.Ich fühle mich hier gut aufgehoben. Obwohl sehr reichhaltig, finde ich das Frühstück zum gegebenen Preis einfach überteuert und auch das Benutzen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist einer Gebühr in der Hoteltiefgarage auf Grund der Kosten vorzuziehen. |

Die Lage ist optimal, sowohl für Shopping als auch für Seightseeing. Besonders angenehm ist die kostenlose Benutzung des ÖPNV als Hotelgast und die Möglichkeit, Karten für die Schlossbesichtigung im Hotel zu bestellen. Der Eingangsbereich sieht eher aus wie der Zugang zu einem Restaurant/Bar, nicht wie zu einer Hotelrezeption. Das gesamte Ambiente ist etwas düster und nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß... |

Zentrale Lage. Nähe zu den Potsdamer Schlössern/Sanssouci. Angenehme Atmosphäre, freundlicher Service. Bequem mit Parkgarage am Haus. Das Doppelbett (Standard) ist evtl. für jüngere Leute geeignet, da sehr schmal.Offenbar gehörten die Betten zur Erstausstattung. Da sie im Propekt als gemütliche "kleine" Doppelbetten ausgewiesen wurden, haben wir extra den Typ mit Einzelmatratzen gewählt. Aber auch dieses Doppelbett war ungewöhnlich klein und unbequem. |
