Negative : In our room there was - after 2200 h - a noise to be heard : as if a pump was going or a machine was running,which was very annoying . On the second night we complained about that to the receptionist and asked for earplugs. Earplugs were not availalable , but (and this is positive) we were offered to change the room .... |

To be honest, I was disappointed because I felt the stay did not quite match up to the price and brand. (This could be an aspect of the hotels in Potsdam in general though, I don't know). Good points: The room and floor was clean. The young robust girl in the restaurant in the afternoon/early evening was very kind and thoughtful. Disappointing points: The bed was mattress was very soft and sagging in the middle, and the shower drain was not very robust and the water built up. Smoke was also coming into the "nonsmoking" room (while that might be a problem of a guest rather than just hotel). |

freundlich, kompetent, gute Lage, aufmerksames Personal, endspannte Atmospähre , Leihfahrräder sind ein super Angebot, welches wir nutzen werden , sollten wir ein weiters Mal in ihrem Haus übernachten das Badezimmer ist etwas unglücklich konzipiert, gut gemeint mit getrennter Toilette und Dusche, aber das Waschbecken hätte vielleicht auch separat sein können |

De zeer goede rustige ligging aan de poorten van Park Sancoussi. Tickets voor het openbaar vervoer in Potsdam en Berlijn in de prijs inbegrepen : zeer duidelijk informatief boekje daarover gekregen. Bushalte juist om de hoek, binnen 10 min. aan station om trein naar Berlijn te nemen. Gezellig hotel, goed restaurant. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Dure parking, smalle plaatsen. |

Gutes Frühstück, zentrale Lage Über die Rezeption habe ich geteilte Meinung: Wir wollten ein anderes, ruhigeres Zimmer und haben es sofort erhalten. Zum anderen wollten wir nähere Informationen über das auf dem Zimmer ausgelegte Faltblatt/Stadtrundfahrt. Die Mitarbeiterin wusste darüber gar nichts, konnte auch keine Verbindung zur städtischen Informationsstelle herstellen. Deshalb die Bewertung. |

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Das Rezeptionspersonal, sowie das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend. Die extra Parkgaragengebühr ist jedesmal ein Ärgernis. |
