in the city center when we arrived at 2pm we were told that our rooms were not ready and that we should come back in 30 minutes: which we did. Our rooms were still not ready but people that had just check-in had access to their rooms!. When we checked-in why the cleaning ladies were not told to do our bedrooms prior to any other bedrooms since we had arrived? I complained in the afternoon that we were missing some kleenex in the bathroom, when we came back in the evening there was still not kleenex in the bathroom so I went downstairs to ask for some kleenex and was told to wait for a young lady who had by then gone to get me some kleenex. I waited and waited to hear that she had gone up to our bedroom directly and woke up my husband! |

Nähe zur Altstadt Das sehr kleine Zimmer zur gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hotels, was auch wieder mal gestrichen werden müsste, man hat doch den Eindruck, dass der Standard über booking com. Gebuchten Zimmer schlechter ist, als wenn man direkt in dem Hotel bucht |

Die Lage am Markt mitten in der Altstadt ist nicht zu überbieten.Die Innenaustattung und Zimmergröße ist akzeptabel, der Service und die Freundlichkeit / Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter ist absolut lobenswert. Zimmer und Bad waren relativ klein, da gibt es an der Ostseeküste bzw. in den Hansestädten im 4-Sterne-Bereich in der selben Preislage besseres. |

Gut ist die günstige Lage/zentral in Wismar. Der Service war mäßig und mäßig freundlich. Er entsprach nicht der theoretischen Einstufung des Hotels. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen. Qualität und Preise des Essens passten ebenfalls nicht zusammen, d. h. die Preise waren - im Verhältnis zur Leistung - überhöht. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber relativ klein, die Einrichtung spartanisch, der Komfort mäßig. |

Sicherheit und Tiefgarage waren sehr gut. Direkter Zugang von der Tiefgarage zum Hotelaufzug. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Saubere Zimmer. Zimmer etwas zu eng für ein Viersternhotel. Angebot und Qualität im Kleinrestaurant etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Einkassieren von Konsumationen zu umständlich. |
