Very large room- older hotel- nice pool and hot tub. excellent room service. Walking distance to everything you need they started draining the hot tub while we were sitting in it 3 hrs ahead of when the sign said they were going to close it for maint.. no air conditioning or fans. |

Hotel is in a good location and has hot spring pool and secluded garden. the hotel is undergoing renovation and some rooms are still in urgent need of redecoration. |

Breakfast was excellent and kept well topped up by staff. Dinner also very good quality but service was amateurish. Pool and spa also very nice but poolside service a bit hit and miss. The rooms were good size but rather tired, especially the bathroom. They really need a gardener - it wasn't great sitting out on our terrace (a nice touch) looking at a sea of weeds! |

The spa and radiator tub were very good. The breakfast was extensive and the staff pleasant and helpful. The pillows left much to be desired. |

The leisure facilities and food was both excellent in the hotel. All public rooms were beautifully decorated and a pleasure to be in. The hotel is due for closure for 12 months to update the rooms, this will be a worthwhile exercise as they are getting "tatty", not 200 euro a night quality at all. We do not believe that the room bedding was changed during our 4 night stay and a 4 star hotel would not operate with these standards. Also on check out they mixed the rooms up and charged an additional 12 euros/day for an upgraded room, with hindsight it may have been worth the xtra but bookings.com do not have these rooms. |

die Nähe zur Stadt wir kommen seit jahren in diese hotel leider wurde hier sehr , sehr abgespeckt das hotel ist nicht mehr das was es einmal war es gibt nicht mehr das tolle große frühstücksbuffet es gibt zum frühstück keinen lachs , keinen sekt , große auswahl an früchten usw. es wurde alles auf das minimale reduziert schade jetzt müssen wir uns ein anderes hotel in baden baden suchen |

obwohl es am Rande des alten Bäderviertels liegt, ist es zentral und alle wichtigen Einrichtungen (Therme, Casino, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) sind innert 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Service und die Küche des Hotels sind ausgezeichnet. in den Deluxe-Einzelzimmern gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Bei besonders heissen Temperaturen (siehe Ende Mai mit über 30Grad) ist es Nachts unterträglich heiss, weil die drückende Wärme auch bei geöffnetem Fenster noch verstärkt wird. Die Hotelmitarbeiter/Innen sollten darauf sensibilisiert werden und wenigstens dafür sorgen, dass Ventilatoren oder Luftbefeuchter im Zimmer installiert werden. |
