The pool and spa are very important to me, my reason for staying there, atmosphaire isalso great, staff very friendly and the dining area with access to the gardens are just lovely. No rules in swimm and spa area, too many kids jumping all over, television in wrong corner, phone service the worst. Not enough housekeeping staff to keep a cleaner room and around the lobby area. Smoking room downstairs too dark. |

I have come here since 1997 during the horse racing weeks.Central location, luxurious rooms, romantic place to take girlfriend , breakfast room especially terrace, pool/sunbathing/spa facilities, clientel esp. Racing people. Good English spoken by staff. Spied on during breakfast by head waiter. Expensive (but cheaper than others eg Dorint, Brenners) |

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and overall the facilities were extremely good. It is obvious that the recent refurbishment has been very successful and the hotel looked like new. I hope this goes on the website because I looked at the website before I booked and was worried by the comments. I feel that recent comments have not reflected the improvements caused by the refurbishment. Waiting times at the reception desk could be improved. |

The breakfast was extensive in nice surroundings. We were placed in the "newer" section at the front of the hotel, though everything was original to 1965, and not in a good way. Very tired and shabby. |

Freindly staff, helpful and polite. The hotel was as described on Booking.com so there were no nasty supprises. Central location with easy reach of city centre. |

Location, breakfast, welness facilities!! Nothing to do with other Radisson Blu/SAS hotels visited in the past. The quality was poor on most of the facilities!!! The hotel needs a complete renovation (despite the marketing trick that it reopened renovated last June). In our room which was in the modern section, the tv was not working, the bathroom lights went off and the sink got blocked....all in 1 night. Our friends stayed at a "superior" room in the glamorous section....well you don't call this "superior". Very old furniture and ugly looking! For sure there are other hotels in the area where you get the feeling that you stay in a high-class hotel in Baden- Baden. I will not visit this hotel again! |

beautiful architecture: old staircase, breakfast handling, near to the center and concert hall, good for jogging in the morning, beautiful ocation poor service at arrival, poor room-service, litter not propperly removed, hotel is in a poor, run-down state (not corresponding to ****class and therefore too expensive), and has to be thoroughly restaured, especially Spa/Relax, service. General conditons normally far better in Steigenberger Hotel-chain, sorry, but with this infrastructure you could do better and I encourage you to do so. |

Very large room- older hotel- nice pool and hot tub. excellent room service. Walking distance to everything you need they started draining the hot tub while we were sitting in it 3 hrs ahead of when the sign said they were going to close it for maint.. no air conditioning or fans. |

Breakfast was excellent and kept well topped up by staff. Dinner also very good quality but service was amateurish. Pool and spa also very nice but poolside service a bit hit and miss. The rooms were good size but rather tired, especially the bathroom. They really need a gardener - it wasn't great sitting out on our terrace (a nice touch) looking at a sea of weeds! |

Le buffet du petit dejeuner très copieux et riches...il y en a pour tous les goûts. La simplicité des chambres pour un hotel 4 étoiles ( pas de savon pour les mains, pas de télévision sauf avec supplément, vétusté du matériel et du décor de la chambre en question, robinetterie à revoir) |

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und ruhig. Das Ambiente des Frühstückraumes und das Frühstück selber waren sehr gut. Zimmer zur Strassenseite sind in der kalten Jahreszeit kein Problem. In der wärmeren Jahreszeit würde ich ein Zimmer zur Gartenseite bevorzugen. |

Besonders hat mir die zentrale Lage gefallen. Man kann die Innenstadt mit ihren Geschäften sowie die Bäder/Therme zu Fuß erreichen. Praktisch ist auch die Tiefgarage. Die Bar war leider am Sonntagabend geschlossen. Ein kleiner Hund lief anscheinend herrenlos im Eingangsbereich herum und verrichtete dort sein Geschäft. Der zugehörige Besitzer, wohl ein Gast, kümmerte sich nicht darum. |

La vieille partie de l'hôtel est superbe même si elle ne comporte pas de climatisation par exemple. La vue de la chambre était superbe. Le personnel servant au restaurant semblait très pressé d'en avoir fini. |
