L'Steigenberger està situat a només 200 m del carrer comercial de Kurfürstendamm, a Berlín, i ofereix un spa amb piscina, 2 restaurants a la carta i Wi-Fi gratuïta. Aquest hotel és ecològic i utilitza energia sense emissions de carboni. L'Steigenberger Hotel Berlin, renovat el 2010, ofereix suites i habitacions espaioses equipades amb aire condicionat, TV de pantalla plana, instal·lacions per preparar te i cafè i un escriptori ampli. Els interiors de l'hotel estan fabricats amb materials sense tractar. El restaurant de l'establiment, el Berliner Stube, serveix especialitats locals autèntiques. D'altra banda, el restaurant Destille ofereix plats internacionals lleugers. El piano bar serveix còctels guardonats. L'spa de l'establiment, que és molt espaiós, inclou piscina coberta climatitzada, saló de bellesa i servei de massatges. També hi ha un servei de lloguer de bicicletes. Everything ... except the cook ... I hesitate a lot about writing these lines, as the hotel quality, location and staff are magnificent. I will certainly come back soon. However, it is a shame that I was served a "Berliner-style liver" which was thin as paper, totally burnt and totally "versalzen", sauce was impossible to touch.Same day for dinner I chose Entenbrust (duck maigret) which was almost raw on, outside looked almost same colour as inside and grease was ...still greasy. Really a shame. Waiters were extemely nice and helpful !!! I also ried to order carpaccio 3 times as a starter, but it was not available. Better remove it from the menu.Next day I decided to choose Frankfurter sausages, to be sure it would be perfect... Not to fail with my choice, and once again the lobster Suelze which was superb.

Staff at front desk was rude, brusque. Wireless did not work in our room. Breakfast expensive with no options for a light breakfast. Location was good, near Zoo and shopping.

It was perfect located and looked very modern. They started knocking at my door at 7 am to clean or something and I could hear everything that was going on the corridors.

I really enjoy staying in the Steinberger. It was my second trip and I will be back as soon as possible.The staff are so pleasant and friendly. My mistake was in booking room and breakfast. I thought that the €26 for breakfast was too much. I normally just have a glass of orange juice plus a couple of rolls and coffee. I am not complaining. I just cannot eat the huge breakfast on offer! I will most certainly recommend your Hotel to any of my friends contemplating a visit to Berlin.

The feeling of quality and knowledge of the staff. I loved the sigar- lounge and the biggest coctailbar. It was also nice tobe able to smoke in the smokers lounge.

Great location, nice breakfast buffet. The wifi did not work in our room. Also for a hotel of slightly higher standard a pair of slippers in the room would be nice.

Hotel was situated in an excellant area to see Berlin, and close to the transport system to get around the City Breakfast could be rather expensive for most people not on Company Business, It would be more attractive if price more reasonable

I had a verynice stay. Executive room was very comfortable, access to executive lounge with breakfast and light dinner was very helpful for me, since I was travelling alone. ... The hotel its not situated close to popular locations... But public transport its very convinient... The location its perfect for shopping though. There was an issue with the magnetic keys.. I had to change both the room and the lounge key several times... Sometimes it was annoying

Nice staff, nice and quiet room, excellent location neer city center Booking via the website seemingly went quite smoothly. We booked a three night arrangement. As for the breakfast the price was 14 Euros pp we decided not to opt for it: it was quite an augmentation compared to the base price and we supposed eating a 'Broetchen' you can do everywhere in Berlin and might be fun. On our booking form thus te words breakfast excluded appeared in fat letters But when we payed the bill it appeared that the breakfast WAS included. So we still took breakfast in the hotel just before leaving. We were sorry that we had missed two, because that breakfast was excellent! A pity!

This hotel is perfect. It's in a great location it's quiet and the cleanest hotel I've seen. Also something amazing in this hotel is its personell. Every single one is extremely kind and trying to help. The rooms are spacey and offer free Internet, free safe box , free tv and in reception if you don't have a laptop there are some pc's to use also for free. It's an absolutely 10/10 hotel. Whenever I'm back to Berlin that's where I'll stay. There is nothing bad to write.

Free wifi. Nice tv. Good hairdyer. Quick check in and check out. Water cattle in the room. A bit to small, but very high quality bed and bedding. No Polish tv channel (I saw a lot of pl guests in the hotel). Extremelly poor wifi signal. Almost useless in the room we had. There are some better 5 star hotels around. But when you will get a good price on Booking.com, it's ok. You will enjoy. It's typical, normal 5 star hotel

Got a Flash deal on this. 5 Star hotel at a discount price. Amazing Deal! Outstanding overall experience. Service was top-notch. Fabulous bathroom and extraordinary comfort. They even brought night snack one evening. We used the espresso maker every night too! Relaxing indoor pool and sauna and Spa options to die for. It's right near multiple s/u stops and near lots of attractions. If the price is right for you, there is no better place to stay. Breakfast too expensive for a family of four but I'm sure it is awesome. Mechanical issues with turn-style front entrance locked us in the middle for a couple of minutes before the front desk came and rescued us.
