És centric, però al mateix temps molt tranquil. Servei d'esmortzar molt be i també el servei de bar amb música en directe alguns dies. |

Hotel staff and facilities were excellent and brilliant for shopping but is situated in the west of city and all the best nightlife was over in east .. They do not operate a complimentary bus from airport , a Hotel of this standard should take guests to and from Airport |

Highly recommend the "executive suite". Great room, comfy bed and good location. Recommend getting a taxi to "Namaskar" Indian and "Cancun" Mexican restaurants, were recommended by the hotel and they are amazing. Especially Cancun 100 meters away from the Brandenburgh Gate, food and cocktails brilliant. If you have access to the executive suite no need to pay expensive breakfast or beer prices in the hotel. |

I stayed at this hotel several times. 100% satisfied everytime. Location is excellent. Clean rooms, attentive staff, quiet neighbourhood and rooms. No surprises. Hotel staff exceeded my expectation this time: Executive floor housekeeper returned my passport that I had dropped somewhere in the hotel. Internet is free and works perfectly. Taxis are available anytime right in front of the hotel. I will keep staying at this hotel when I am in Berlin. The food selections of complimentary breakfast at executive floor could be richer. |

Evidently designed for tourists particularly the american market. Rooms excellent and great value, better than most hotels for similar price, exceeded our expectations. Staff excellent and helpful, also spoke several languages. The room we were allocated was great however it had an ajoining door to the next room which made it rather less sound proof than perhaps the others may have been. Any conversation and late night telly could be overheard. Food outrageously priced, particularly in the Berliner Stube restaurant the wines list was almost laughable in the prices they were expecting for very average fair. |

I liked the location, cleanliness, the room and the bathroom I did not like the room service persons who knock att the door by 20.30 and ask if we need cleaning of the rooms. There is no need for twice a day cleaning. |

Always stayed at this hotel because of the good location; friendly and professional staff In the last visit was disappointed the quality of service in the Executive Club. Hotel offers in Club-Lounge "Relish our selection of high quality cold and warm food from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.". In reality, once and again absolutely all the plates were empty, not even bread. |

Located in a cenral area of West Berlin, this luxurious hotel gives you all the small things that matter most during your stay. Full range of TV channels, extra large bath towels, minibar with tea and coffee facilities and a large room with desk and sofa chair. The hotel has free wifi and i had no problem connecting to it each day. The breakfast options where expensive so I did not experience the buffet. |

The Steigenberger is always a good choice & the Berlin property is no exception. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, having stayed in a few of their other hotels. |

Great location. Good value. Wonderful room. Friendly service. Free wi-fi was definitely a plus as that is hard to come by. Thought the breakfast was a bit pricey so we ate at nearby Kanzler's Cafe. |
