Just the location is good. The Hotel is in the middle of the City and in mean time very quiet. Reception Stuff was not quilified as should be. |

Very good location near KaDeWe and Gedaechniskirche. Public transport close by but not many restaurants at night time. Rooms are quite dated. The bathrooms are very nice even so the shower head kept moving so that the water was shooting out through the joint in the shower screen. The rooms are decorated extreemly plain and boaring - not minimalistic but just very dreary colours. The TV should be replaced to a more modern design. Staff could be more helpfull with questions about cultural events and locations. |

1. We booked non smoking room (price EUR 215/night) and received confirmation, however the reception informed that non smoking rooms were not available and we staid in the smoking room. 2. Price for the breakfast is too high (EUR23!!!). It should be included in the room price. |

the hotel is very clean and central.the location for a tourist is very good.the welcome was very nice and effective. if i may suggest,it will be nice to make a better deal for breakfast. 46 euros for a couple is very expensive, |

The hotel was in a proximal area to a good department store, KaDaWe, and a nice shopping ditrict, the closest underground station is within a walking distance, around 5mins. |

Sehr freundliche Rezeption, trotz aller größtem Stress. Bemüht, alle Fragen zu beantworten, immer hilfreich. Sehr gut. Zimmer sehr ordentlich. Neues Bad, altes Interieur in bester Verfassung. Guter turn over-service. Sehr schneller room-service. Die professionellen Damen in der Bar. Es ist unmöglich, als alleinreisende Frau in der Pianobar zu sitzen, da durch die "Damen" eine unangenehme Atmosphäre entsteht. |
