I needed a comfortable quiet environment to prepare for a meeting, and that is exactly what I got I wanted to read and think about my business. I did not find the lighting particularly good for that, for example the switch for the standard lamp was not at all convenient (remote, on the floor behind the armchair).You should provide sample after-shave for men. With restrictions on liquids to be carried in aircraft, it is a plus factor to have everything needed in the bathroom. |

Centrally location. Pool is suitable for family holidays. We had a lot of unplesant happenings at this hotel...GM apologized and was provided compensation, but couldn't feel whether the hotel will try to increase the service standard or not in future. I was really disappointed from everything. |

The hotel has a very good position: even if it's in the center, the square where it lays it's a bit hidden and vey quiet. The room was big enough and very clean, all services for a 4 star hotel. The staff was not very pro-active, they can show more friendliness. Breakfast is very expensive but there are quite a few bistros and coffee-places around where you can have a quick breakfast. |

Location was good, right near shopping district and Kaiser Church, around the corner to the right is a nice little french bakery with a freindly lady, cause the breakfast at the hotel is too expensive. Can't figure out the hot cold issues in the showers. Bell captain spoke very little english. |

Very convenient to all the shopping & restaurants in Kudamm. Walking distance to zoo and underground train stations and not far to main train station. If you want to be in the centre of Berlin this is the place to stay. Very friendly staff. The kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool. |

Just the location is good. The Hotel is in the middle of the City and in mean time very quiet. Reception Stuff was not quilified as should be. |
