Liked this hotel. Convenient location + clean room and sufficient space with simple & modern decor. Staff there was very friendly. Liked the bed which was clean and comfortable. Wish they had hair conditioner !! |

Hotel Staff had excellent English and were very helpful with any queries we had. Hotel was very peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. I felt the restaurant menu was a bit over-priced and lacked one or two basic but nice dishes if someone was a plain eater e.g. simple grilled steak or chicken or maybe a more relaxed menu could be provided through a bar food menu. |

We loved the comfort of the rooms, especially the beds. The staff was very helpful too. Breakfast was way too overpriced for what was provided. It was a basic selection and we only ate there once. Luckily you did not have to include breakfast in your reservation. Not worth 23 Euro. |

We loved the fact that we could bring our two cats. The staff really accommodated us. The room service menu was small and the food was average, terrible cheeseburger. |

We stayed in this hotel for six nights, and the real highlight was all the services provided with our Executive Room, including breakfast, afternoon snacks, and drinks in the early evening. The cleaning staff were sometimes slow to make-up the room. |

Executive Club - with lots of snacks & drinks. Hotel did not reserve the requested parking space, and did not tell me that it had not done this. On arrival, I was told to park in the public car park across the street. |

It's luxury, free WIFI, 2 Arab channels on TV, in the heart of Berlin where everything is around the corner. The window of my room wasn't sealed probably so one night it was windy and it was so noisy (whistling). WIFI coverage inside the room was very poor! But since it was free then that was not so bad. |

Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Facilities on 6th floor are good, though not as comfortable as before the refurbishment. As above, the change of decor, menu provision and atmosphere in the executive lounge were disappointing. |

Hotel was of excellent class and comfort for the price-Superb value for money. Rooms were clean, modern and peaceful.Hotel staff were professional.Would visit again and recommend to future travellers. i was aware the hotel was primary for business users, but as holiday makers the ambience around the foyer area felt a bit too serious for a holidaymaker!. Reviews i read gave impression there were loads of restaurants easy to find nearby-this didnt appear to be the case. However i am being extra fussy, and this is not a complaint in the slightest, just an observation. Overall i was very satisfied with the hotel and the service we received. |

The hotel was well positioned, close to shopping area and express bus to airport, though quiet location overlooking park. The club lounge very well serviced and an added bonus. Staff most obliging. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again. |

The central location. Nice room. I specifically asked for a non smoking room with my booking. Sadly this request was not forwarded to, or not visable for, the Steigenberger Hotel. Non smoking rooms were not available anymore and this resulted in a pretty expensive 2 night stay in a room that had a very strong tobacco/smoking smell in it. Sadly this wasn't compensated in any way. |

Great location (busy shopping street and also a metro stop right next door), nice room, tropical rain shower was a nice touch, free internet in the lobby, helpful & polite staff spoke fluent english, 5minutes walk to airport bus stop, Cleaning in neighbouring rooms started early and woke us up. all in all expect a bit more from a five star hotel - more like a four to four and a half star hotel |
