Everything ... except the cook ...

I hesitate a lot about writing these lines, as the hotel quality, location and staff are magnificent. I will certainly come back soon. However, it is a shame that I was served a "Berliner-style liver" which was thin as paper, totally burnt and totally "versalzen", sauce was impossible to touch.Same day for dinner I chose Entenbrust (duck maigret) which was almost raw on, outside looked almost same colour as inside and grease was ...still greasy. Really a shame. Waiters were extemely nice and helpful !!! I also ried to order carpaccio 3 times as a starter, but it was not available. Better remove it from the menu.Next day I decided to choose Frankfurter sausages, to be sure it would be perfect... Not to fail with my choice, and once again the lobster Suelze which was superb.

It was perfect located and looked very modern.

They started knocking at my door at 7 am to clean or something and I could hear everything that was going on the corridors.

Booking via the website seemingly went quite smoothly. We booked a three night arrangement. As for the breakfast the price was 14 Euros pp we decided not to opt for it: it was quite an augmentation compared to the base price and we supposed eating a 'Broetchen' you can do everywhere in Berlin and might be fun. On our booking form thus te words breakfast excluded appeared in fat letters But when we payed the bill it appeared that the breakfast WAS included. So we still took breakfast in the hotel just before leaving. We were sorry that we had missed two, because that breakfast was excellent! A pity!

This hotel is perfect. It's in a great location it's quiet and the cleanest hotel I've seen. Also something amazing in this hotel is its personell. Every single one is extremely kind and trying to help. The rooms are spacey and offer free Internet, free safe box , free tv and in reception if you don't have a laptop there are some pc's to use also for free. It's an absolutely 10/10 hotel. Whenever I'm back to Berlin that's where I'll stay.

Got a Flash deal on this. 5 Star hotel at a discount price. Amazing Deal! Outstanding overall experience. Service was top-notch. Fabulous bathroom and extraordinary comfort. They even brought night snack one evening. We used the espresso maker every night too! Relaxing indoor pool and sauna and Spa options to die for. It's right near multiple s/u stops and near lots of attractions. If the price is right for you, there is no better place to stay.

Breakfast too expensive for a family of four but I'm sure it is awesome. Mechanical issues with turn-style front entrance locked us in the middle for a couple of minutes before the front desk came and rescued us.
