Хорошее месторасположения, если едете на шоппинг, то очень удобно . Великолепный завтрак , платный 23 евро но оно того стоит, бесплатный интернет , достаточно современный номер со множеством продуманных мелочей, даже кровати расстилать не надо, за вас это сделают. Удобная парковка. В номере всё же было тесновато с ребенком, дополнительную кровать поставили в проход , приходилось толкаться . Лаундж был никакой, если кто-то надумает не рекомендую,никакого выбора, бывало получше. |

Отель имеет удобную инфраструктуру. Отличная звукоизоляция. Хорошо убирают в номерах. Утром постель заправляют, вечером расправляют. Каждый день вечером предоставляется прогноз погоды, маленький мешочек жевательных конфет. Сразу в номере были халаты, тапки, различные удобные предметы гигиены. Отличный дизайн комнат, в очень светлых и позитивных тонах. Везде продуманы розетки. Порекомендовать быть внимательнее официантам на завтраке, к посетителям, т.к. один раз я ждала 15 минут, когда ко мне подойдут и спросят чего я хочу за завтраком, чай, кофе или пр. Хотя было очень мало посетителей. Вовремя выполнять срочные заказы на стирку и глажку одежды, т.к. мой заказ должны были принести до 15.00, а принесли в 16.47. |

Very helpful and pleasant staff at all levels of service. Rooms were spacious and well provisioned. The position in relation the Ku Damm was ideal. |

The location was excellent and the food, rooms and service were all of a very high standard. Felt relaxed and pampered throughout our stay. I have to say there was nothing I would fault. |

The rooms at Steigenberger are always excellent. The breakfast vey good and the spa and pool facilities are excellent. |

The hotel was well positioned, close to shopping area and express bus to airport, though quiet location overlooking park. The club lounge very well serviced and an added bonus. Staff most obliging. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again. |

The central location. Nice room. I specifically asked for a non smoking room with my booking. Sadly this request was not forwarded to, or not visable for, the Steigenberger Hotel. Non smoking rooms were not available anymore and this resulted in a pretty expensive 2 night stay in a room that had a very strong tobacco/smoking smell in it. Sadly this wasn't compensated in any way. |

I loved the rooms. I stayed in the Executive Room which was fabulous. The majority of the staff were extremely friendly and the food was amazing. |

Great location (busy shopping street and also a metro stop right next door), nice room, tropical rain shower was a nice touch, free internet in the lobby, helpful & polite staff spoke fluent english, 5minutes walk to airport bus stop, Cleaning in neighbouring rooms started early and woke us up. all in all expect a bit more from a five star hotel - more like a four to four and a half star hotel |

Excellent Hotel. Really worth the money I paid. Clean, new. I stayed on the Executive Club floor which had it's own lounge for snacks and very light breakfast. My only complaint would be maybe a little overpriced for breakfast on main floor. |

I loved the pool area- very relaxing. It was free with lots of towels and extras. Very central for shopping and great transport links nearby for historical sites (nearby the zoo station and most buses were wheelchair accessible). Mainly the accessiblity for wheelchair users needs to be improved: The pool area was not wheelchair accessible and this excluded my friend (it would only require a ramp over two sets of two steps). We also could not have a twin room that had a wheelchair bathroom. The bathroom also needed non-slip tiles. Food and some bar prices were expensive but lots of places are nearby. |

All is excellent : desk service, room, swimming pool. Breakfast is very rich and costs 23 euro. It isnt' clear why they don't foorseen a simpler and cheeper formula of it. |

I needed a comfortable quiet environment to prepare for a meeting, and that is exactly what I got I wanted to read and think about my business. I did not find the lighting particularly good for that, for example the switch for the standard lamp was not at all convenient (remote, on the floor behind the armchair).You should provide sample after-shave for men. With restrictions on liquids to be carried in aircraft, it is a plus factor to have everything needed in the bathroom. |
