Cleaning was very poor. Toilet paper,i.e., was not provided and I had to go and ask for it, when I finally found ( a non German speaking person) who spent 15 minutes looking for it. I took a Pringles chips from the minibar. This was not replaced during my my 5 days stay

The hotel is located at the Berlin shopping district of Kurfursterdamm. The U-Bahn station is very close to the hotel. Also all the sightseeing buses starts from the Kurfursterdamm, so its very convenient. The hotel itself is very good. Rooms were clean and with a modern outlook. The staff is very polite and speak English as well. Overall a excellent choice if you are in Berlin for a weekend trip and want to roam around the famous sightseeing points.

Central situation. Just 3 minutes walk from the Kurfürstendamm and the Gedenk-Kirche. Despite its central location the hotel is very quiet.

On saturday morning the Hotel was totally overcrowded for breakfast. Unfortunately they had not foreseen a temporary increase in staff so that the poor waiters were desperately stressed.

The staff were not only extremely friendly and helpful but also engaging. They really made our stay a pleasure. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

I stay in this hotel for the last 16 years and the first time I feel hotel is going down and I will stay here anymore.

I do not like sevice, cleaning and garage facilities. My Porsche was in the garage under the hotel and some pipe on the ceiling were leaking, so the car from roof is covered with kalk and some substance which should be cleanined in special car wash facilities. |This is disgusting !

Spacious room, excellent sleeping comfort and great bathroom. Centrally located and quiet.

I had a verynice stay. Executive room was very comfortable, access to executive lounge with breakfast and light dinner was very helpful for me, since I was travelling alone. ... The hotel its not situated close to popular locations... But public transport its very convinient... The location its perfect for shopping though.

There was an issue with the magnetic keys.. I had to change both the room and the lounge key several times... Sometimes it was annoying

Nice restaurant and a good location with open area at la Platz just one block from Ku damm.

This hotel is perfect. It's in a great location it's quiet and the cleanest hotel I've seen. Also something amazing in this hotel is its personell. Every single one is extremely kind and trying to help. The rooms are spacey and offer free Internet, free safe box , free tv and in reception if you don't have a laptop there are some pc's to use also for free. It's an absolutely 10/10 hotel. Whenever I'm back to Berlin that's where I'll stay.

Got a Flash deal on this. 5 Star hotel at a discount price. Amazing Deal! Outstanding overall experience. Service was top-notch. Fabulous bathroom and extraordinary comfort. They even brought night snack one evening. We used the espresso maker every night too! Relaxing indoor pool and sauna and Spa options to die for. It's right near multiple s/u stops and near lots of attractions. If the price is right for you, there is no better place to stay.

Breakfast too expensive for a family of four but I'm sure it is awesome. Mechanical issues with turn-style front entrance locked us in the middle for a couple of minutes before the front desk came and rescued us.
