The double room with special offer was quite good, there were some spots on the moquette and the bed had 2 single mattresses instead of a double one, the rest was ok, good buffet breakfast. |

Beautiful large rooms, very attentive pleasant staff, great location directly on the river across from the casino/pedestrian only zone of Baden-Baden (many shops/restaurants), great breakfast buffet |

The location s excellent and the staff was very polite. They have kindly allowed us to check in earlier which was most welcome because we were travelling overnight. The breakfast seemed a bit poorer compared to other years. Also the bathroom in the rooms where I stayed needs refurbishment. |

We liked that it had an old world charm to it. The staircase and banister leading up to the rooms made us feel we were stepping back in time. The buffet breakfast was exceptional in a bright and lovely dining area with a view to the Oos river. The room was large and spacious. Everything was splendid and we were very comfortable there. Baden Baden is a must if ever heading south in Germany! |

Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und kompetent, das Frühstück im wunderschönen Frühstücksraum an der Oos ein Traum - ebenso die zentrale Lage. Da sich das Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt befindet kann es nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster (keine Klima) zu vereinzelten Störungen kommen. |

Service im Restauant einmalig. Ausgezeichnete Küche. Sehr zuvorkommend und höfliches personal. Wunderschönes altes und gut in Schuss gehaltenes Hotel. Fitnessraum - zu klein, trotz Klima viel zu heiss!! |
