The reception was flawless, staff very friendly and helpful, quallity of services was up there with the best, very often there was that little bit of extra from staff; a kind word, a warm greeting or a good wish... all made one feel very welcome. Dinind rooms taff were also helpful and pleasant. It was , generally, a flawless experience |

Very good service. Very clean, commodious and comfortable rooms. Hotel stuff is very polite and friendly. I would like to suggest this hotel to everyone as a high class five stars hotel for the reasonable price. I would suggest to change a door look to electronic one to get a top grade. Thanks for your good service! |

We liked the luxury (relative to the usual standard of hotel we use), cleanliness, attentive staff, and location. The view from the dining room of the "Trinkhalle" and the autumn leaves was superb. |

Staff was very friendly. Room (No. 122) was not in the five-star category. Furniture was old, carpet dirty, bathroom small and old fashioned. Head board of bed was really very dirty. |

Extremely friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. Gym was too small and can not be classified as a gym even since it has a treadmill, a bike and a stair master only. No AC/s so its a bit hot during the day, its best if you get a park facing room so the cars do not disturb you at night.. |

The hotel staff were kind enough to replace my double room with a bigger one without paying the difference. They have made their best to make me happy. Breakfast atmosphere was amazing. Very near to the shopping area and the park as well. I will stay there again for sure. |

The double room with special offer was quite good, there were some spots on the moquette and the bed had 2 single mattresses instead of a double one, the rest was ok, good buffet breakfast. |

The location s excellent and the staff was very polite. They have kindly allowed us to check in earlier which was most welcome because we were travelling overnight. The breakfast seemed a bit poorer compared to other years. Also the bathroom in the rooms where I stayed needs refurbishment. |

We liked that it had an old world charm to it. The staircase and banister leading up to the rooms made us feel we were stepping back in time. The buffet breakfast was exceptional in a bright and lovely dining area with a view to the Oos river. The room was large and spacious. Everything was splendid and we were very comfortable there. Baden Baden is a must if ever heading south in Germany! |

Le personnel ä la réception était excellent et très aimable et compétent Le repas pris au restaurant de l'hôtel le dimanche soir était des plus médiocres et ne correspond pas du tout avec le reste des prestations de l'hôtel. Maître d'hôtel incompétent et ridicule. Par contre, le petit déjeuner était parfait. |
