The hotel is located in front a beautiful park.

A lot of fame, but lousy service. This is not a 5 star hotel! Very expensive and dirty! The hotel is not suitable for international guests. Almost no one speaks English, and the flyers and menus are written only in German. The hotel is in a city known for spa treatments - the result is that there are many old and sick people who walk the halls and restaurants sniffling. I booked online, and I asked the hotel to leave a bottle of champagne, a cake or flowers in the room because my husband was having a birthday that day - I would pay for it. But my request was completely ignored. There was not a greeting card either, although they have asked us the date of birth of each one of us at check- in ... The next day, during breakfast, the lady at the next table got a cake and candles. I was very upset, and went to reception to ask if they received my request. The receptionist said that my request had been received, and offered us a complimentary drink at the bar as an escuse. We refuse the drink, of course, because we had no interest in drinking anything right after breakfast. And she offered us nothing more ... I thought it was very rude. The bathtub was dirty, and the wall was sprinkled with water and soap. The daily cleaning was just stretching the sheets on the bed. The room we stayed is a duplex, but has a large room on the first floor and very small bedroom and bathroom up the stairs. The balcony has a wall that prevents the view when seated. The suite has an ugly decor, and the sofa was stained. Both of the two tv remote controls were failing. The chandelier had one light bulb. The hotel has no porters for luggage.

hier gibt es überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln

Es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis im Sonnenhof zu nächtigen.

leider war die Minibar die laut Ausschreibung da sein sollte nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer war mangelhaft gereinigt

Die freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiter und das Ambiente.

Der perfekte Service, das Wohlfühlgefühl.

Preisleistungsverhältnis für das 1 Bettzimmer. Freundlichkeit in der Rezeption.

Die wunderschönen Zimmer, die fast alle mit Balkon ausgestattet sind und die einen traumhaften Ausblick in Hotelpark bzw. Kurpark bieten.

Küche und Wellness

Könnte kinderfreundlicher sein.

Der schöne Wellnessbereich hat mir am besten gefallen; die Schwimmhalle und der schöne Saunabereich.
