very nice and large room (junior Suite) very well equiped . Diner in the gourmet restaurant was excellent , excellent winelist. Breakfast was also very good. great value for money

Clean, new, well-designed rooms. Shower was fantastic. Staff was excellent, professional, friendly.

The use of twin mattresses on a double bed frame was uncomfortable. The minibar snack selection was too limited. The tv was too small and outdated.

The friendly hotel staff. Everything was clean and tidy. Good quality of breakfast. Acceptable prices of the mini bar articles. So I would recommend this hotel to my best friends. Not forgetting to mention the negativel aspects.

No big concerns but ... Free Wifi on the rooms not included. For an international hotel of this class standard... Breakfast rooms with limited capacity and many reserved tables. Only two different free newspapers in too small quantity available. Mattresses could be better

very efficient and clean

we arrived after 11pm and had not eaten. the hotel could not offer anything to eat except a bowl of nuts. we felt this was poor service for a hotel of this standard.

Spacious and clean rooms with excellent beds. The breakfast is in my personal top 3 of best breakfasts ever.

Very nice hotel, quiet location, one side of building has nice park view; closest to old town; excellent breakfast, very good value for money!!

My room was too cold, heating cannot really be adjusted, it seems to be too sophisticated...I had to ask for an additional heater....

breakfast cost of 17euro is very expensive. Good mine was included in the room price, so make sure yours is as well, otherwise it is not worth it.

Everything was OK, friendly staff and good service.

Very surprised to find out that there was no airconditioning in the rooms. Too hot to sleep without an open window. Also, from room 120 I heard the neighbour quite well (he was not making very much noise). Also the kitchen (?) or something below my room I heard. Other than this, my stay was a pleasant one.

It was a bit too warm in the room, AC was not so efficient.

Easy to find and get into has secure parking although you have to pay! The breakfast was nice too.Bar drinks and nibbles were very expensive how much money do these people need to make on a bier and wine and nuts should be for while ever you are buying their drinks!

having to pay for car park on top of hotel price. Also if you wanted wifi it was €5 a day extra! all wifi should be FOC!

The atmosphere in the Steigenberger Hotel Remarque is very calming and anyone staying there will have a very enjoyable time. The Hotel is very clean and the fittings and furnishings are to a very high standard. The bar area and restaurant and excellent and all staff are friendly and helpful.

Die Atmosphere, gehoben aber freundlich. Das Badezimmer, das Frühstück.

Personal war äusserst freundlich. Hatte man ein Problem, wurde dieses sofort an der Rezeption behoben.

Uns fehlte das Schwimmbad.

لا يوجد في خياراته غرف للمدخنين او لا ولذا تسبب في احراجي . لا توجد مواقف للسيارات مجانيه واسعار المواقف مرتفعه . لا يتوفر الانترنت خلاف بقيه الفنادق .

Bor ofte på dette hotell som alltid er meget bra. Elegant,hyggelig, god restaurant,flott beliggenhet og parkeringshus med direkte tilgang fra hotellets kjeller.

Utendørs røyking rett foran inngangen og støyende "festlige" mennesker til langt på natt. Når man sover med åpent vindu er det et problem.

Ausblick auf Dach ZI 409, Standort Fernseher sollte überdacht werden. Für die Größe des Zimmers ist er etwas klein.

5 Euro Aufpreis für Internet (Kabel oder Wifi) ist unangemessen! Das Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein und dass die moderne Kaffeemaschine nicht selbst bedient werden darf, mutet skurril an. Die Leuchtschrift auf dem Dach müsste auch an mehreren Stellen erneuert werden. Alles in allem ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und altbacken.

Frühstücksraum viel zu laut, Hektik des Personals! Mein Frühstück wurde abgeräumt obwohl ich noch nicht fertig war,und dies auch eindeutisch gezeigt habe!!!!
