room service great the armenian football team were trying to check in, as people were checking out. there was a long queue and only two people working the desk and answering the phones. there were many disgruntled business travelers trying to check out. |

Nice room, nice hotel, option to call in external spa / massage services and have physiotherapy in your room. Right next to the River Main, i.e. good for running or taking a walk. In rooms that face the street the noise is terrible, you can't open the window (but theres A/C in the room...) |

Close to Sachsenhausen. Good deal for the price. Have stayed here many times and always go back. Had a problem at the desk due to a valid double reservation. Clerk canceled the 2nd reservation and lost my initial rate. However, the general manager personally found me to discuss the problem and to assure me it would be taken care of, and it was. I was very impressed with the visit from the GM and his attentiveness to the problem. |

courtesy from staff The toilet seat was very dirty. It was in unacceptable condition. Even on complaining , nothing was done. |

I think now they became a bit stingy. No note papers, very bad quality towels (esp. for showers), I stayed 3 nights and slept on the same sheets, mini bar as usual out of alcohol contain drinks except beer. One receptionist gave 2 key cards, next day another one took it back |

Excellent, safe location central to touring the city and close to public transportation. Very friendly staff. Due to an auto show in town, all hotel guests were given a complimentary treats to eat and during waiting for them in the room on arrival even if the guest was not participating in the auto show. It was a nice welcoming gesture. The room was spotlessly clean and all the hotel personnel were exceedingly friendly. Having the hotel located right across the street from the Main River was also wonderful for readily available scenic walks and boat rides on the river. |

Nice hotel, very good breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff. Wireless hotspots aren't distributed evenly, but the hotel also provides cables. Their internet-connection also seems to have trouble with regular size packets, which can be resolved with a reduced MTU on the computer size. |
