フロントでのサービスが十分でなく、チェックイン･チェックアウト、待ち合わせの時間に寛げなかった。フロ- ントでの簡単なトーク、ロビー・部屋でのドリンクサービスなどがなく、日本のビジネスホテルに素泊まりした- 感じ。 フロントでの対応が横柄。 |

The staff is very professional and makes you feel at home. The food (dinner, breakfast) is remarkably tasty and of high quality. The interior of the room has a somewhat old-fashioned style. In particular the lighting (lamps) needs attention. |

Weather was hot and air conditioner worked well. Had asked for a quiet room and in the evening were able to open windows for cool air. Our "comfort room" was large -- 1 person could sleep and other have light on "around the corner" & not disturb. Mini bar/refrigerator held leftovers well. For the free internet, when asked reception provided a voucher with user name & password. The room safe in the closet was easy to use and big enough to hold our laptop computers. Location near the Main River great-can walk along it to RomerPlatz etc. We booked for our first two days/nights in Germany and liked hotel so much we also booked again for the last day. Since we knew we'd sleep very late, didn't order breakfast. Staff were all excellent! We hadn't realized that to operate the lights/electricity, etc., a hotel key card needs to be in inserted near the doorway so had to call down to ask. Also very minor, the shower soap container was empty the first morning (I left out to be filled). |

It's a good four-star hotel in central Frankfurt, with anything one has to expect from this category of establishments. Much praised hotel restaurant did not live up to my expectations. The quality of wine they reccomended was appaling and the kitchen was average. On the other hand they did have an excellent buffet breakfast, even when it came as a-not-very-cheap treat (18 Eur). |

I like the staff, they are very helpful and if i will go back again i will go just for the hosptully that i get it. its far from the central, and we need to walk like 1-2km to near station |

Excellent restaurant located in the hotel. Convenient location near the Frankfurt airport and within walking distance of the major points of interest and the Christmas markets. |

Absolutely nothing. Staff made double charges from our credit card for the room and only after long discussion with staff we could get excuses from manager of this hotel and they got our money back. Room has very strange bathroom: sink practically situated in coridor and there is no any door at all. Hotel is very far from city center (apr. 10-15min by car). Our housekeeper forgot dirty floor cloth at sink... |

It is a little far from the center of city. There is no room with bathtub. I was supprised because this hotel is 4 stars hotel. It is better to indicate clearly that there is no bathtub for all rooms. |
