The hotel is very well located (next to the main station) with a good public transport connections. Breakfast, drinks from minibar and wireless internet was included in the price which is pretty rare for Frankfurt. The room had nice bathroom with separate bath and shower The price is really high (>200€) and you are not getting anything special - I would say that this is rather a good 4 stars hotel then 5 stars which for this price is pretty bad. The breakfast is pretty average. Internet connection was flappy (maybe because I was at the edge of the building and the signal was poor ?). Room was quite small and there was no english channels at all in the TV. |

On the level of the services and stste of the bulding this hotel is not 5 stars, at most 4 stars The breakfast was quite poor |

Rooms are nice.Location of the Hotel is central. TV in the room very small and there is no channel in English language,a big minus for me.Breakfast is not rich when compared to similar hotels.Room service slow.The vicinity of the elevators is stacked with chairs and tables and it looks like you go through the kitchen to reach the elevators. |

Location is good, the waitress at the breakfast smily and polite, excellent bathroom (not the amenities). Dirty carpet at the entrance of the hotel, small room, extremely expensive for what they are offering, wifi didn't work, poor bath amenities for paying more than 200 Euro per night. |

Close to the Train Station was really good Disappointed that there were no English speaking TV News channel. I was informed that they have not gone digital, so couldn't receive CNN |

Nice hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable bed and nice bathroom facilities. Free Wi-fi! Not in the best area of Frankfurt. Gym was small with limited equipment. |

Good location if you need to take a train from the main station but it's noisy outside and people can see your room from the station. there are only stairs in at the front door which makes it difficult to carry your heavy luggage and the door man is not always there. I had to carry 2 huge luggage by myself. but staffs were nice. It's a 5 star business hotel without any English tv channel or English directory. Everything is in German. |

Internet and pay tv did not work for 3 days, horrible sewage smell in the corridors, room was the size of a broom closet, staff is incapable to deal with guest complaints, they only say I am so sorry but they fail to act adequately or solve problems guest experience, a total lack of follow up. This hotel is a bad choice if you are on a business trip and depend on Internet, if you treasure comfort a professionalism and high standard of service then you don’t find it here. For 300 Euros ex breakfast per night this was a bad deal, my message to Steinberger is “ shame on you “ |

A wonderful Hotel, Still a bit pricey but a haven in a foreign land.. The Staff Petra Ziegler was a gem. The mini bar! Limited offerings. As an American I still like sheets, (tops- and- bottoms). |

Very nice bathroom. Large room. Could not connect to the Internet and staff was not able to help. (Hotel internet is provided via an open Wifi network and a secure website where guests can logon with a code they get at the reception. At my client's office and at the Frankfurt train station, I connected to the internet and they both use a similar method (open network, logon through website) so I figured there was nothing really wrong with my computer. Quite annoying... |

I was in the Johann Wolgang Goethe clinic for 2 nights and I felt it was safe to leave my wife on her own in your hotel Your restaurant was excellent but perhaps the cooked breakfasts were a little too expensive but if I have to return to the hospital I shall stay with you again |
