Non parlano la lingua italiana. Mancano i canali televisivi italiani.

Very nice bathroom. Large room.

Could not connect to the Internet and staff was not able to help. (Hotel internet is provided via an open Wifi network and a secure website where guests can logon with a code they get at the reception. At my client's office and at the Frankfurt train station, I connected to the internet and they both use a similar method (open network, logon through website) so I figured there was nothing really wrong with my computer. Quite annoying...

Near Hauptbahnhof and near Messe

The bathrooms were very well appointed. The mini bar was well stocked and the rooms were very clean with crisp bed linen

The lack of any drink making facilities in the rooms

The Hotel is well located within the city of Frankfurt. Located acroos the street from the main train station and within walking distance of the main shopping area. The staff was more helpful on numerous issues and well versed on what there is to do in the city.

The room was small in comaprison to the price paid. The shower was broken and overall dirty with mold. Meals received were presented well, however the quality and selection for a 5 star hotel was lacking.

Location

Shower and bath pressure was poor. No hot water at peak times in the morning. Rooms were small for a 5 star hotel.

nothing special compared to other 5 stars hotel, only one thing is convenient to travel.

breakfast was not good enough as it charged value.

Die zentrale ruhige Lage am Bahnhof. Ein grosses Badezimmer. Sehr gute dichte Fenster, keine Gräusche von Aussen haben gestört.

Komischer Geruch im Zimmer. Fernseher sehr alt und Bedienung umständlich.

Schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel. Hotel heeft een perfecte ligging, vlak naast het station en alles op loopafstand.

Localisation très centrale permettant de rayonner dans le centre ville et le Parc des expositions à pied. Bar très agréable pour les rdv d'affaires. Chambres spacieuses et très calme malgré la proximité immédiate de la gare.

Manque peignoir et cafetière dans la chambre. Pas de parking privé pour l'hôtel, le parking de la gare est à côté mais peu fréquentable le soir.

中央駅のすぐそばで大変便利です。　無線インターネットは繋がり難いホテルがちょくちょく有りますが、ここは無料でちゃんと繋がりました。　サウナは小さく期待できません。　全体的に問題ないホテルと思います。

玄関にボーイがいなく、しかも入り口が階段（そんなに段数が多くないですが）なので、小さいスロープでも有- れば良いのにと感じました。
