Steigenberger Hotel Metropolitan

大変清潔で、浴室、トイレが特にっ清潔であった。Breakfast　のビュッヘも大変すばらしいものであった。

入り口の階段が、年配者に、またスーツケースを運ぶには大変障害ですので、スロープなどを設けて欲しい。

朝食はビュッフェ以外にも注文できることを知らないと損をするので、注意が必要。ビュッフェ以外にも食べられれば、満足し得る内容である。

中央駅前というロケーションを除き、同じ系列のSteigenberger Frankfurter Hofに勝る点は無い。むしろ大きく劣る。なぜ5つ星なのかわからなかった。This hotel is too moderate for a 5 star hotel. レストランのおばさん達の態度も良くない、ドアマンはしょっちゅういないし、いてもサービス不足。フロントの対応も機械的。

Near Hauptbahnhof and near Messe

The bathrooms were very well appointed. The mini bar was well stocked and the rooms were very clean with crisp bed linen

The lack of any drink making facilities in the rooms

The Hotel is well located within the city of Frankfurt. Located acroos the street from the main train station and within walking distance of the main shopping area. The staff was more helpful on numerous issues and well versed on what there is to do in the city.

The room was small in comaprison to the price paid. The shower was broken and overall dirty with mold. Meals received were presented well, however the quality and selection for a 5 star hotel was lacking.

Shower and bath pressure was poor. No hot water at peak times in the morning. Rooms were small for a 5 star hotel.
