Steigenberger Hotel Metropolitan

何よりフランクフルト中央駅が目の前で、どこに移動するにも好都合なロケーションが一番のお気に入り。ホテ- ルのスタッフも親切で対応が丁寧。部屋にはエアコン完備で、暑い日でも快適。

中央駅からすぐのとても便利なロケーションです。スタッフの方も親切で満足できる滞在でした。

ベッドや布団が快適だった。洗面所も床暖房で気持ちよかった。サウナにいったが一個が壊れていた。両方使え- たらベストだった。

5つ星と書いてあったので、実際泊まってみたが、5つ星ほどの感じは受けなかった。

The hotel is very well located (next to the main station) with a good public transport connections. Breakfast, drinks from minibar and wireless internet was included in the price which is pretty rare for Frankfurt. The room had nice bathroom with separate bath and shower

The price is really high (>200€) and you are not getting anything special - I would say that this is rather a good 4 stars hotel then 5 stars which for this price is pretty bad. The breakfast is pretty average. Internet connection was flappy (maybe because I was at the edge of the building and the signal was poor ?). Room was quite small and there was no english channels at all in the TV.

TV in the room very small and there is no channel in English language,a big minus for me.Breakfast is not rich when compared to similar hotels.Room service slow.The vicinity of the elevators is stacked with chairs and tables and it looks like you go through the kitchen to reach the elevators.

Convenient location across from the train station. Pleasant staff.

Staff was very friendly and the location was close (within walking distance) to everything we wanted to see.

Disappointed that there were no English speaking TV News channel. I was informed that they have not gone digital, so couldn't receive CNN

Good location if you need to take a train from the main station but it's noisy outside and people can see your room from the station. there are only stairs in at the front door which makes it difficult to carry your heavy luggage and the door man is not always there. I had to carry 2 huge luggage by myself. but staffs were nice.

It's a 5 star business hotel without any English tv channel or English directory. Everything is in German.

Located by the side of the main station made it very easy to get around Frankfurt. Staff vey helpfull and was good value for the price paid.

A wonderful Hotel, Still a bit pricey but a haven in a foreign land.. The Staff Petra Ziegler was a gem.

The mini bar! Limited offerings. As an American I still like sheets, (tops- and- bottoms).
