Behulpzaam en goed personeel, kamers goed en netjes afgewerkt en het eten was uitstekend.ontbijd was goed en alles liep rustig en kalm. Weinig keuze in het restaurant. |

I was in the Johann Wolgang Goethe clinic for 2 nights and I felt it was safe to leave my wife on her own in your hotel Your restaurant was excellent but perhaps the cooked breakfasts were a little too expensive but if I have to return to the hospital I shall stay with you again |

The Hotel is well located within the city of Frankfurt. Located acroos the street from the main train station and within walking distance of the main shopping area. The staff was more helpful on numerous issues and well versed on what there is to do in the city. The room was small in comaprison to the price paid. The shower was broken and overall dirty with mold. Meals received were presented well, however the quality and selection for a 5 star hotel was lacking. |

Location Shower and bath pressure was poor. No hot water at peak times in the morning. Rooms were small for a 5 star hotel. |

nothing special compared to other 5 stars hotel, only one thing is convenient to travel. breakfast was not good enough as it charged value. |
