The room was nice, thought small. Stayed in a studio which had a kitchenette however there was a very little room to move around, not mentioning the limited storage space. Truly the room looked larger on the picture than in the reality. The bed was very hard with extremely soft pillows which made our first night's sleep terrible. There was no spare pillow in the room, so had to ask for the extra pillows the following day. The room also had an access to the balcony, but finding our neighbours' things on the balcony, we realised that it is shared balcony which we didn't find secure at all. Perhaps this fact should have been pointed out during the check-in. Bathroom was nicely designed, though not much practical for a young child as the water went everywhere, even to the corridor.
The breakfast offerings were plentiful, but the coffee was indeed terrible. Tried specially made coffee latte and cappuccino, as well as the poured one and both were undrinkable.... Also coming with a young child we were never offered a highchair straightaway but had to ask for it every morning and actually explain in different ways until we were understood what we need.
During our stay there was only buffet restaurant opened in the evening, which kind of limits you if you do not like buffet or want to grab just something else.
Lobby bar was nice, with a good selection of beverages and the usual bar food items. Service was flawless and staff members pleasant / friendly. area was nice and clean with spa team friendly and helpful.
Overall a nice stay but some things need attention / improvement.
