pool and spas were great, food and service for dinner at the Loßnitz restaurant in the hotel was wonderful, we stayed in a "family room" which was nicely separated into different areas. |

The Wellness area, with Swinmming pool, sauna, Hamman was very nice. Rooms were quite confortable. The personnel was very friendly and food was also good. A bit far from Dresden centre (30 min by Tram, 7 Km) |

The facilities are great, they have in- and outdoor playing area for kids and a great spa and swimming pool. Family room fine size for us with 2 young children and a baby. we only took breakfast from the hotel the last day, and found out they have no pancakes!! That is a no go! Glad we took breakfast in the family room which has excellent kitchenette. |

Very friendly helpful staff It would be helpful if there were 2/3 breakfast choices and prices. As the current charge for the full breakfast is excellent value but some clients would prefere to only have a light, continental or full breakfast choice. |

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, frisches Obst, auch geschnitten, Müsli, leider kein Fisch. Anlage ruhig gelegen, mit Straßenbahn in 25 Min. in Dresden. Rezeption sehr nett und auskunftsfreundlich. Silvester war leider völlig ausgebucht, daher Chos beim Frühstück, Tisch mussten mit mehreren Personen geteilt werden. Das Zimmer war taubig und im Bad die Dusche völlig verkalkt. Das Waschbecken auch voller Kalkflecken, im WC Spinnweben. |

Das ruhige große Zimmer mit getrenntem WC und Badezimmer. Tiefgarage mit Zugang zum Hotel war im Winter sehr angenehm. Das große Schwimmbad ist sehr gut. Die weite Entfernung vom Zimmer in den Wellnessbreich, der Wellnessbereich war von unserem Zimmer nur über den Garten oder Tiefgarage erreichbar.Das sehr teure Frühstück. |

Grosses Lob an die Mitarbeiter des Hotels. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Schwimmbad war unsere erste Wahl. Mein 7 Jahre alter Sohn und ich sind dort so manche Bahn geschwommen. Vom Empfang bis zum Zimmer-Service waren wir rundum zufrieden. |

Tiefgarage zu jedem Hotelgebäude. Ruhige Zimmer. Schöner Ausblick. Gut gepflegte schöne Anlage. Wellnessbereich recht ansprechend. Reinigungspersonal freundlich und fleissig. Wellnessbereich nur aus dem Haupthaus ohne Jacke erreichbar, so auch das Frühstück und sonstige gastronomische Einrichtungen des Hotels. Preis für Frühstück viel zu hoch. Personal an der Rezeption. Die Minibar in den Standardzimmern sollte gefüllt sein, da man in die Haupthalle muss - erneut in Jacke - sobald man etwas zum Trinken benötigt, sofern man nicht im Haupthaus wohnt. |

Heißwasserkocher für Kaffe oder Tee im Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett, Flatscreen 1)Die Toilette war bei Bezug nicht geputzt, es standen noch die Relikte des Vormieters in der Schüssel. 2) Die Abluft im innenliegenden Bad wird um ca. 18.00 zentral abgeschaltet und erst wieder am nächsten morgen angeschaltet.3) Es fehlt eine Garderobe resp. Haken um Mäntel oder Jacken aufzuhängen. 4) Die Vorhänge sind nur mit viel Mühe zu öffnen und zu schließen. Die Röllchen laufen in den Gardinenstangen überhaupt nicht. 5) Durch die Pavillonbauweise muss man wenn man in den Wellnessbereich möchte entweder durch die Kälte laufen oder durch die riesige Tiefgarage, die unter der gesamten Gartenanlage liegt. 6) Gebühren für Parken für Hotelgäste. 7) 18.00 € / Person für das Frühstück ist vollkommen überzogen. Keine 4 Sterne |
