Excellent staff, room, breakfast, spa(better Hamam than hotels in Istanbul), dinner(not for beef lovers).. above all, their 100% satisfaction gurantee commitment. What else is necessary on top of this commitment.

No noticeable beef dish at dinner buffet for 5 nights but with well defined variation other than that.

The hotel is based at the bottom of some local vineyards. Most of the vineyards have opening times where you can go for a tour or just taste their produce. The vineyards are staggered up a hill which you can access by car or by 400 odd steps!! It's a bit of a hike but the view from the top is worth it and the wine and snacks on the way down are pretty good too! Take a bit of money with you if you want to try all the wines or if you are feeling wealthy a bottle!! It makes for a nice relaxing afternoon.

No complaints about the hotel at all! The only thing I would say about the town where it is situated is that shops close quite early in the evening and Saturday afternoons so don't get caught out or miss on on buying any of their gorgeous gifts they have to sell like we did.

A special hotel with many buildings in a nice area, wine district but very good communication via tram with city centre

Nice & clean swimming pool; 25m length is ideal for fitness. small pool is also fun for kids. Dinner restaurant; I took dinner every night in the hotel's buffet restaurant during our two nights stay. But it was not boring. They are changing menu every day. We enjoyed variety of dishes and dessert as well at a reasonal price. Public transport; Close to Tram stop. Easy access to Dresden city for sightseeing without worrying about park platz.

bit hot in the room, no A/C, windows can not open widely. ventiration in the bath room is not efficient. lots of humidit.

Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem in 30 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn im dicksten Trubel super nettes Personal, egal ob Empfang, Restaurant, Bar oder Sauna

Kinderlärm ist etwas, was man akzeptieren muss, soviel Toleranz sollte jeder haben. Wenn ich jedoch die Wahl hätte, würde ich beim nächsten Aufenthalt ein Zimmer bevorzugen, was sich nicht über dem Kinderspielzimmer befindet. Das schmälert jedoch nicht den sehr guten Gesamteindruck.

Das Zimmer im Haupthaus hat eine hervorragende Lage mit Blick über die Weinberge. Schwimmbad gut mit einem Becken in 25x8m Größe. Nette Atmosphäre und ausgesprochen freundliches und servicebereites Personal. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Elbradweg sowie Städte und Schlösserbesuche in der Umgebung. Sehr gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln nach Dresden etc.
