The Wellness area, with Swinmming pool, sauna, Hamman was very nice. Rooms were quite confortable. The personnel was very friendly and food was also good. A bit far from Dresden centre (30 min by Tram, 7 Km) |

The facilities are great, they have in- and outdoor playing area for kids and a great spa and swimming pool. Family room fine size for us with 2 young children and a baby. we only took breakfast from the hotel the last day, and found out they have no pancakes!! That is a no go! Glad we took breakfast in the family room which has excellent kitchenette. |

Best family room we ever stayed in - very good size (2 bedrooms), as family also playground was very good for us. Very pleasant hotel staff. Food very good as well. |

Very friendly helpful staff It would be helpful if there were 2/3 breakfast choices and prices. As the current charge for the full breakfast is excellent value but some clients would prefere to only have a light, continental or full breakfast choice. |

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar und liegt ideal für Ausflüge nach Dresden ohne den Lärm eines Hotels in der Innenstadt von Dresden um sich zu haben. Gleichzeitig ist die Lage gut, um Dresden mit Ruhe und Natur im Hintegrund zu verbinden. Einige der Möbel zeigten bereits enorme Gebrauchsspuren und müssten vielleicht regelmäßig aufgearbeitet werden.Leider gab es keine Spontantermine für Massagen etc. mehr an unserem Reisewochenende |

Nettes Hotel, schöne Zimmer, teilweise saniert und erneuert. Gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn nach Dresden. Beim Frühstück waren die Mitarbeiter der Masse an Gästen nicht gewachsen, die Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt und nur auf Nachfrage neu eingedeckt. Das Buffet wurde nicht mehr vollständig aufgefüllt. Sehr schade für ein solches Hotel, die Anzahl der frühstückenden Gäste ist ja bekannt. Keine Minibar im Zimmer, nur sehr teure Getränke an einem Automaten im Eingang. Waren leider nicht im Hotel selbst untergebracht, sondern in einer der Villen, Anbindung an Wellness nur über eine kalte zugige Garage |

ausgesprochen freundliches Personal, alles absolut sauber, Strassenbahn ca. 100 m entfernt, fährt direkt nach Dresden in die Innenstadt, Frühstück sehr gut Im Saunabereich war kein Trinkwasser zu finden (sollte meiner Meinung nach in einem 4 Sterne - Hotel kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen) |

サービス、部屋の広さ、清潔感等全て満足できた。また泊まりたい。目の前にトラムの停車駅もあり、市内まで- 1.8ユーロでいける。 強いて言うなら市内までの距離。目の前にトラムの停車駅があるが、１５分ほどかかる。あまり、気になる距離- ではないが、夜にふらっと外に食事にいけるロケーションではない。 |

Das Zimmer ist solide ausgestattet und sauber. Die Anlage ist aufgelockert und dadurch wohnlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist üppig und sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Bei einem 4-Sterne- Hotel hätte ich etwas bessere Betten erwartet (kein Lattenrost, sehr harte Matrazen). In Bad und Toillette läuft die Lüftung nicht bei Bedarf, sondern zentral gesteuert: die Nachtruhe ist schon etwas gestört. |
